The apartment is located on the upper floor of a modern 2-family house and is very individually furnished. The house is in second row in the quiet Old Westerland.

2-room apartment about 45 m² for 4 persons.

Equipment:

The living room is designed with mahogany ship parquet and extends over the entire south side of the house. On the slopes and the ceiling, light wooden beams are visible, the spaces are covered with light wood. Part of the ceiling is open and connected to the living room via a steeper staircase. In the loft there is still sleeping for 2 people. At the level of the living room there is a separate double bedroom and a shower room. The small kitchen is located in the living room and has dishwasher. A special feature is a rollable, from top to be filled fridge.

On the property there is a small terrace for the guests of the upper floor.

A parking space is located on the property. It can also be booked by arrangement, an underground car park for 2 cars. Pets are not allowed.
