SÜDERSTRASSE WHG. 04 FRIESENHAUS – This typical Frisian 4-room vacation apartment is located on the first floor of an idyllically situated, thatched-roof Frisian house in a quiet area near the beach in the southern part of Westerland. The historic house captivates with its unmistakable charm and lovingly preserved details, such as a wooden ceiling in the living area, lattice windows, hand-painted Delft tiles in the kitchen, and the historic front door, which is only about 165 cm high. With approximately 75 m² of living space, the apartment can accommodate up to 5 people. Three separate bedrooms—two with double beds and a third, smaller one with a single bed—provide plenty of privacy. The cozy living area, complete with a TV and dining area, invites you to relax. The separate kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, and microwave, blending traditional charm with modern comfort. A bathroom with a shower, toilet, and hair dryer, as well as a separate guest restroom, provide additional convenience. The thatched-roof Frisian house is situated on a lovingly maintained, approximately 4,000 m² property with a spacious garden. Here, beach chairs, patio furniture, and sun loungers invite you to enjoy the fresh North Sea air and spend relaxing hours surrounded by greenery. The quiet location in the south of Westerland combines relaxation with easy access to nearby attractions. Depending on the beach access point, the beach is about a 5- to 10-minute walk away, and the center of Westerland is about a 10- to 15-minute walk away. Wi-Fi and free parking round out the amenities. Pets are allowed for a fee.
