A Home to Relax and Unwind
The front door opens straight into a lounge with a wall-mounted smart TV, an easy spot to wind down in the evening with Netflix. The room flows into a dining area seating four for shared meals, and out back there is a private courtyard with seating and a parasol for a coffee outside when the weather`s kind.

Good to Know Before You Book
The three bedrooms and the bathroom are upstairs, reached by a staircase from the living area, so bear that in mind if stairs are a concern. Parking is on the street only along a resident permit road, so a space nearby is free but cannot be guaranteed, and you may need to park a little further along. The courtyard is compact, with room for a small table and chairs rather than a large garden. Check-in is self check-in via a coded key lock, with full instructions sent on the morning of arrival, so you can arrive in your own time.

Booking policy
Guests are not required to pay a security deposit for this stay, however, we reserve the right to charge up to £200 to the card on file in the case of any damage or excess mess. Please take care and tidy up after yourself during your stay.

Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file. If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled. Early payment is allowed; card fees up to 3 percent are non-refundable if cancelled.

Cancellation policy
Full refund if cancelled 30 or more days before arrival. Fifty percent refund if cancelled fourteen to thirty days before arrival. No refund if cancelled within fourteen days of arrival.
