I asked him to salt a little bit of the walkway as it was extremely icy. He reluctantly did that. He said it’s OK just walk over top of it and I said it’s super treacherous didn’t feel like slipping as I was...

"No elevators. Make sure if you stay you are booking on the ground floor. Call ahead to confirm you can get the ground floor. Old style wall mount unit for AC/heat - super loud. Otherwise rooms are clean and quiet, staff were all polite and efficient :)"

"I wasn’t the one staying. My son got stuck with nowhere to go. So, I tried to pay for him to stay there. The guy was going to take a payment over the phone and then randomly said no I had to be there. I offered to show him ID through the camera and everything. He let my son stay in -30 degree weather. "

"This is a super rundown facility - only for travellers looking for the cheapest option. The room, bedding and towels smell like they are washed in Pinesol - everything has a a really strong chemical odour. Broken knobs on the shower faucet. I would not stay here again - just too rundown and not maintained at a professional level."
