The property is very close to all necessary amenities including supermarket, pharmacies and also main bus station.

For those wishing to catch up on work or your loved ones, high-speed wifi is available throughout the whole stay. AC is free to use and you can adjust temperature to your liking.

Second Bedroom | Our second bedroom comes with two single beds and its own en-suite bathroom. It`s perfect for friends traveling together, offering privacy and comfort.

Third Bedroom | The third bedroom is equipped with bunk beds, making it a fun and practical space for kids. This room is designed with convenience in mind and is located near the main bathroom.

Bathrooms | In addition to the en-suite bathrooms in the master and second bedrooms, there is a third bathroom available for all guests. Each bathroom is modern and well-appointed, featuring walk-in showers, fresh towels, and essential toiletries.

Kindly note that we provide fresh linens, free toilettres and 2 towels per guests.

Swieqi is a charming and vibrant residential area located just a stone`s throw away from Malta`s bustling entertainment district, St. Julian`s. Known for its peaceful atmosphere and excellent amenities, Swieqi offers the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience.

Enjoy the lively nightlife, restaurants, and shops of St. Julian`s, which are just a short walk away.

Swieqi is close to some of Malta`s most beautiful beaches, including St. George`s Bay and the picturesque coastline of Sliema.

Swieqi boasts a range of local amenities such as supermarkets, cafes, and parks, ensuring you have everything you need during your stay.

The apartment is situated in the heart of Swieqi making it perfect especially for guests who want to travel by bus. The bus stop is just a few minutes from the apartment. You can check `Malta Public Transport` website and check which routes and timetable you require. Tickets can be bought from the driver.

If you prefer to travel by taxi, you can book via app, most popular taxis in Malta include : `Bolt`, `e-cabs` , `uber`.

For those who decided to rent a car during their stay, free parking is available everywhere in Swieqi but parking can be a bit tricky and you might have to park a bit further away from the apartment.

1. We have STRICT noise policies, therefore when booking, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours and the common areas. Not abiding by these rules can come in unwanted fines and immediate vacation of the property.

2. During the lovely summer season, although we do sanitise, some ants and cockroaches are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed.

3. Early check-in and late check-outs are subject to availability of the day however we truly appreciate if check-in and check-out times are always respected.

4. Self check-ins is provided and details and instructions are to be sent 24 hours prior check-in date.

5. Waste schedules are shown in the check-in guide, putting the waste at the right time, is imperative as otherwise, local fines may apply. Kindly note that streets are constantly monitored.

6. What is included in the apartment.

- Shower gel
- Plate liquid soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage.
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person

7. No additional guests who are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time on the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
