"Check in was easy, big space, bathtub, really comfy bed, fridge, washing machine...it was great! Only issue was the satellite was a bit spotty and the street behind the building, Prince of Wales, seemed a bit run down. Quite a few boarded up places and noticed a sign for a"gentlemen's club". Ick. But it was just a short walk to the cathedral and market. "

"We had a lovely time at this property, ideally located - just minutes to the beach or the town with off road parking. Easy check in. Area was quiet,the house had lovely views of the sea. Very spacious with comfortable beds and lovely fresh bedding. I was concerned after seeing previous reviews about cleanliness but we found it to be very clean just need a bit of refreshing in some areas which probably gets done in low season.Nice to have enclosed garden for dog. "It was a beautiful home exactly the style we wanted..Loved the warmth of it all , the heaters in the lounge worked well and there was plenty of room for us to relax.The kitch was all we needed , we could have done with a few containers to store food in .And we there wasnt enough toil paper for the week but other than that we loved our week."

"We stayed for four nights this November and didn’t want to leave! We were celebrating a 30th birthday and made the most of everything- the marvellous garden, the top of the range hot tub, the BBQ and of course the surrounding salt marsh area, taking out the kayak and bird watching. The resident tawny owl made sitting out watching the stars a must too. Our host Patrick was very friendly and communicative making booking and organisation easy. The local amenities, Red Lion pub and Stiffkey stores...
