Great Place!

Very comfortable and cool property in a great area! Close to lots of places to swim, eat, or get ice cream. We hiked almost every day, and the loft was a great place to relax and unwind after a full day!

Girls Getaway

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed this property for our Girls Getaway. The place was so clean and well appointed! It had everything we needed in the kitchen, towels and linens! We enjoyed the beautiful fall weather outside around the fire pit. We chose to travel to Montreal for a day…so easy and fun! Sunset at Cohen Park (a couple minutes drive) is a must see! If you’re looking for a serene place to get away…this is it!

Home Away from home

This was our second stay at the loft and it was spotless, well-equipped with everything we needed, and even cozier than last year. We had an easy ride to Smuggler’s Notch for a couple days of Spring skiing. We can’t wait to return again for another memorable stay! Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Our stay at this Vrbo was nothing short of perfect! This place was the ideal getaway—private, spotlessly clean, and stocked with every amenity we could possibly need. From the cozy, well-furnished interiors to the well-equipped kitchen, everything was thoughtfully provided for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The setting felt secluded and peaceful, offering the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot to unwind and recharge. Clean and comfortable stay

Very private, clean, and quiet. Great place close to town and the lake. Plenty of room for 3 of us here for work. Comfortable beds, large kitchen with everything we needed. The host provided a binder that was very helpful with information about local restaurants and parks and walking trails. Lots of wildlife seen from the deck!

Perfect get-away location

We had a fantastic stay at the loft! I was thoroughly impressed with how well stocked the property was. Extra blankets, towels, pillows, every kitchen gadget you would ever need, a binder with a year's worth of things to do. St. Albans is the cutest little town, we actually went back more than once. Burlington is just a 30-40 ride away, perfect for day trips.

Beautiful spot

Immaculate property inside and out. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting outside on the deck and relaxing. Wildlife sightings included deer, turkey, fox, and rabbits! We’ll be back!

Wonderful apartment and location

My husband and I took a five-day vacation at this apartment. It was immaculate and well stock with everything needed. We found it roomy and very comfortable. The location was ideal for us. It was close to Lake Champlain and many other places we enjoyed driving to. There was absolutely nothing negative. We look forward to a return trip.

The property is great, cleans and very homey. It is equip with everything you need. If the lawn was mowed so we could sit around the fire pit it would have been the perfect place. Thank you for sharing your property with us!!!

Perfectly Quaint

Just spent the weekend at this lovely loft apartment within walking distance to the lake. For a very humid and wet weekend, we always felt cool and dry and comfortable. Everything you need for a weekend or longer was included and all in almost brand new condition. I was definitely the first one to use the iron! My husband and I and our two teenage daughters had more than enough space to spread out and relax. Even in the large clean bathroom while three of us got ready for a wedding! We could not have had better accommodations in any local hotel!

Bare Minimum and Not Thoroughly Cleaned

The property was subpar at best. I am not sure if we were one of the first stays of the season or if the property was just not thoroughly cleaned after the last guests, but I was extremely unimpressed. We arrived late at night to a yard that had not been mowed, bird poop all over the deck and a bird flying around like it was going to attack us for disturbing it since its nest was on the deck that is used as the entrance to the apartment. When we got inside, the place was quaint and cute, but lacks proper maintenance and cleanliness. The kitchen cabinets are all falling off of the hinges. The oven has spilled food all inside of it and the utensils provided were all crusty from old food. The bed sheets had not been cleaned, the towels were crusty, and there was spilled food in the refrigerator. When I went to use the shower there was leftover soap still on the ground from the last person to use it. I was in true disbelief at all that went wrong with this seemingly cute place. The location was okay. It was off the beaten path of downtown (although downtown is not busy in the slightest). I hope you enjoy the smell of animal crap as that’s all that you can smell when you step outside the door as the apartment is surrounded by farms. It was right down the street from the lake which was a positive as we were able to enjoy the sunrise and sunset each day from the local park. Hopefully, our experience was just a one-off as this space could be great if cleaned and maintained.
