Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am. This a no-smoking property. Total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
All rubbish and perishables must be disposed of and dishes washed before departure. The property is to be left clean and tidy as found. No parties.
We also allow upto two dogs at £25 per dog. This is payable seperate to the booking directly to Bayview Oxwich, via bank transfer before arrival
