This home consists of a large open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge with Netflix and a smart TV. The neighbourhood and also has a co-op shop just around the corner as well as a pub/restaurant and hotel. There is also a small park right opposite the building.

This quiet and secluded development is just a 10-minute walk from Ebbsfleet International railway station with frequent high-speed services to central London, reaching London St. Pancras International direct in just 18 minutes. Ebbsfleet International also accommodates Eurostar services to Paris, Brussels, Amsterdam, and many other destinations across Europe.
Swanscombe is a small village located 15 miles Southeast of London. Just 3 minutes by car from the A2, the apartment is very well connected with major motorways linking it to London and beyond.
Bluewater shopping centre is less than 10 minutes away by car (3.5 miles) with a huge range of shops, restaurants and other amenities. Swanscombe village is also just a mile away with two supermarkets, a local pub and a few small restaurants.
The space Kitchen Area Fully equipped with brand new appliances and kitchenware, there is an electric oven, a set of gas hobs, a built-in microwave as well as a fridge / freezer, dishwasher and kettle and toaster. There is also a washer dryer for laundry and clothes racks to hang clothes etc and good supply of cleaning items so you can hit the ground running right away. Outside The flat benefits from amazing views across the Valley- it is particularly bright and spacious. It is also right next to a park with children’s area. The station can be reached along a walkway directly from this development to the station entrance.
Parking The flat has it’s own allocated, free parking space for one car. There is also additional free visitors parking for 5-10 cars.
