Cottonwood Comfort! New 3 Beds 1 Bath, AC, Loft Apartment

  • This new 3 bed loft apartment is perfect for your escape to Swan Valley! If has a beautiful view with wildlife abounding. It is a serene setting and perfect for the person looking for quiet, relaxation, hiking, and great fishing! With WIFI, AC, heating, and all the necessities, guests can enjoy a phenomenal stay in this spacious apartment. This new apartment has just recently been built so it is in pristine condition. It can facilitate 3-4 people. There are two full beds and one queen bed. Please note the beds are in individual spaces but there are no doors on the rooms. (See pictures.)
    You are welcome to use the decks, fire pit, and gazebo for you enjoyment. The owners live in the house so you will have a private entrance off the garage. It has only a stairway access. Whether you are planning a fishing trip or just a get-away, we are happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our venue. No smoking in the apartment.

The Hosts were very nice and welcoming and shared there great love of their home and surrounding area. They built us a fire to watch the sun go down over the mountains…what a view! It was a nice private area for a short walk that included seeing nearby horses. Would definitely recommend the stay.

This rental is in a unique ranch setting. The apartment is spacious, clean and brand new. The hosts were exceptionally nice. Highly recommended a stay!

I stayed with my wife and daughter for just one night and wish we could have stayed longer. Beautiful location and very comfortable apartment. The hosts were friendly and kind with great communication. Highly recommended!

Wonderful location with friendly, helpful hosts! Our stay was very comfortable, quiet, and relaxing. The setting is absolutely lovely and made for a great getaway.A couple of things future guests may want to know: there isn’t a private entrance. This wasn’t an issue for us since the hosts were so welcoming and kind, but it’s worth noting if you’re specifically looking for a completely separate entrance.Also, I may have misunderstood the listing, but we were expecting separate bedrooms for additional privacy. Instead, two of the beds are tucked into cozy sleeping nooks rather than enclosed bedrooms. They still provide a bit of separation from the rest of the space, but it’s something to keep in mind depending on your needs.Overall, we had a pleasant stay and truly appreciated the hosts’ kindness and hospitality. Thank you for sharing your beautiful property with us!
