  • On spacios land of 3000 m2 you will find this charming house. It is located on a small hill in a quiet area and it is surrounded by greenery and nature. In the large garden with lots of facilities children can play undisturbed while the outdoor pool provides refreshment from the summer heat.
    From the terrace you have a good overview of the swimming pool, children's playground and the rest of the lawn. You can find shade on the terrace any moment of the day (sometimes using a parasol).During the daytime you are swimming in the pool and the evenings you can complete on the covered terrace with a glass of wine and enjoying the sunset.
    The simple and modern furnished interiors consist of five bedrooms and three bathrooms where families and friends have plenty of space for spending a holiday together. The bedroom no. 1 (red room) and no. 2 ( butterfly room) are additionally connected to each other via an inner door, which is for families with small children particularly well suited.
    There is a small market just a few minutes (car) drive away. This market is perfect for fresh bread in the morning and small groceries. The bigger supermarkets are located in Pazin which is a 10 minutes drive.
    The neighborhood (3 minutes of walk) you will fined newly opened restaurant called "Konoba Doma" with all traditional meals and the owners are producing their own food (vegatables ad ecc.) and breeding animals wich they serve on table.
    Istria is a nice region and this house is right in the middle. So visiting Pula, Rovinj, Porec, Groznjan is max a 30 minutes drive.
    Also, due to this turbulent times, I guarantee you that house will be all desinfected with alcohol every time, and you will have all necessary desinfections at your disposal (spray, gel, wipes, ecc.)

Wir haben dieses Ferienhaus mit insgesamt 4 Erwachsenen u. 5 Kindern gebucht und es war perfekt!Sehr gepflegtes und mit Liebe eingerichtetes Haus! Agata hat uns liebevoll empfangen und war bei Rückfragen sofort erreichbar. Für die Kinderbespaßung ist aufgrund der vielen Möglichkeiten ( Tischtennis, Billard , Sportplatz etc.) aufjedenfall gesorgt. Wir kommen aufjedenfall wieder.

Wir waren mit unseren großen Jungs (17 u. 21 J.) und unsere Eltern (3x Ü75 J.) da. Wir hatten alle im Game Room sehr viel Spaß. Die Zimmer waren lustig und schön eingerichtet und die große Küche war ein toller Aufenthaltsort. Das 50m weit entfernte Restaurant war hervorragend und die Bedienung sehr freundlich. So konnten wir sogar einen verregneten Tag schön verbringen. Die Gastgeberin war auch sehr hilfsbereit. Wir waren sehr, sehr glücklich da!

Wonderfull House and Garden

We enjoyed our vaccation with 2 familys in this wonderfull house, garden and pool. Everything was perfect and Agata fullfilled all our wishes. Only the stair in the house is a little bit too loud and sometimes there was a smell from the farm in the neighbourhood.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Wir waren über Ostern in Kroatien, das Wetter war mal Gut und mal Schlecht. Weil wir unsere Enkelkinder dabei hatten, haben wir uns für dieses Haus entschieden, weil es Spiele wie Tischtennis, Billard, Kicker im Haus hatte und viele Spielgeräte im Outdoor-Bereich hatte. Im Haus war alles was man brauchte, die Zimmern waren Top und es war alles Sauber. Von dem Haus was im Landesinneren liegt ist man schnell auch am Meer. Wir können das Haus nur Empfehlen. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr gut, als wir Holz brauchten für den Kamin hatten sie es uns innerhalb von 1 Stunden gebracht. Für Familienurlaub ein sehr sehr schönes Haus mit sehr großem Garten. Wir können das Haus mit sehr gutem Wissen weiterempfehlen.

Einfach schön

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Agatas Haus. Agata ist eine sehr gute Gastgeberin. Sie hat auf jede Nachricht sofort geantwortet. Das Haus war sehr sauber. Die Betten sind bequem. Unsere Tochter liebte ihr eigens Ballerina-Zimmer. Wir konnten den Pool auch im September noch gut nutzen, da er in die Erde eingelassen ist und so vom Boden gut warmgehalten wird. Außerdem gibt es zahlreiche Spielgeräte inner- und außerhalb des Hauses, so dass man sich die Zeit auch bei schlechterem Wetter sehr gut vertreiben kann. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr gut. Man ist sowohl an der Ost- als auch an der Westküste in etwa 30 bis 50 Minuten. Direkt nebenan gibt es ein sehr gutes Konoba. Wir danken Agata für die tolle Zeit.

2 Wochen wie erwartet

Objekt ist wie beschrieben aufgeteilt und auch sehr sauber. Als Objektbetreuerin stand uns Agata bei Notwendigkeit zur Verfügung. Sie war keineswegs aufdringlich, wie ich es leider schonmal erlebt hatte. Sie war spitzenklasse und kam vorbei wenn wir noch geschlafen hatten um den Pool zu reinigen und den Müll rauszustellen. Wär ich keine Frühaufsteher hätte man Sie nie gesehen :D Kann die Unterkunft nur jeden empfehlen. Zur Lage: Sehr Ruhig, so gut wie keine Nachbarn 5min zum nächsten Lebensmittelmarkt und 30min zu diverse Attraktionen und Strände an beiden Küsten. PERFECT HOLIDAY

The owner gave us a warm welcome with local fruits and vegetables. The house is clean, well-arranged and fully functioning. Every room is furnished lovingly and individually and has his own charm. The sleepingrooms and the bathrooms were well prepaired ( The beds were related, towels in the bathroom, handsoap , toiletpaper were available).The bed linen and the towels were changed after a week. The owner and also her family were always accessible, hospitable and warmhearted.The Pool was cleaned regulary.We`ve got a list about places of interest in the surroundings.These recommendations were really good and we visited them all. For us the location of the house is optimum to explore the cities on the coast ( Pula, Rovinje, Porec...) as well the cities Motovun and Groznjan by car. The calm, the great view and the sundowns still remain to us in the memory. We recommend the house to 100%. Agata, thank you very much for all.

Vi var to familier afsted i Agatas hus (9 i alt), og det var en skøn ferie 😊 Service niveauet var helt i top, og vi kunne altid få fat i Agata. Huset ligger i rolige omgivelser og centralt placeret ift. resten af Istrien. Meget rummeligt med masser af aktiviteter til børnene 👌

Urlaube in Kroatien

Es ist ein sauberes für unseren Geschmack ordentlich eingerichtetet Ferienhaus. Die obere Etage genauer 2 Schlafzimmer verfügen über eine Klimaanlage. Der Aufenthaltesraum im eg ebenso. Die Küche ist sehr geräumig und auch ordentlich mit diversen Utensilien eingerichtet. Der Pool als auch die Anlage ansich sind sehr gepflegt. Bei Fragen konnten wir uns immer an die Besitzer wenden und bekammne auch sofort eine Antwort. Also wir können dieses Haus mit ruhigen Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Toller Familienurlaub in zentralistrischer und sehr ruhiger Lage

Wir durften mit zwei Familien (4Erw+4Kids) unseren zweiwöchigen Sommerurlaub in Agatas Haus verbringen. Es war ein rundum gelungener Urlaub in einer sehr ruhigen Lage, an dem es nichts auszusetzen gab. Das Haus liegt sehr dörflich und ohne direkte Nachbarn, man stört also niemanden und wird auch von niemanden gestört :) Die zentralistrische Lage fanden wir zudem sehr praktisch, da wir einige Ausflüge in alle Himmelsrichtungen unternommen haben und alle Ziele schnell erreichbar waren. Die Bilder des Hauses zeigen schon sehr gut, was einen erwartet. Übertroffen wurde das Angebot allerdings um weitere Dinge, die auf den Bildern so nicht ersichtlich waren. So gibt es einen sehr guten Gasgrill einer bekannten Marke, einen neuen riesigen Kühlschrank mit Eiswürfel und Wasserspender (der bei dem Wetter wirklich praktisch ist :) ) und die Garage ist mit Billiardtisch, Kicker, Tischtennisplatte und Dartscheibe super gut ausgestattet. Zusätzlich gibt es auf dem Gelände noch kleine Fussballtore, ein Netz für Volleyball und Badminton (inklusive Schläger und Bälle) und ein Trampolin. An Sauberkeit und Ausstattung des Hauses gab es auch überhaupt nichts zu beanstanden. Wirklich positiv überrascht waren wir auch von der Gastgeberin Agata! Der Check-in und Check-out war sehr komfortabel durch Agata gelöst. Sie hat sich sogar extra beeilt, sodass wir durch die frühe Anreise etwas früher in das Haus kommen konnten und hat uns dann mit einer kleinen Aufmerksamkeit begrüßt :) Sie hat eine Menge Fragen im Vorhinein in kürzester Zeit geklärt, war vor Ort immer ansprechbar, wenn wir Fragen hatten und hat uns eine viele Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Außerdem hat sie sich um den Pool und die Pflanzen gekümmert, sie war also immer da wenn man sie brauchte aber ansonsten wirklich unauffällig und überhaupt nicht aufdringlich. Vielen Dank an Agata für den gelungenen Aufenthalt :)

Lovely stay!!

Lovely house with plenty of space for the kids to play outside. Great base for exploring with lots to do all within half an hour drive, and a great restaurant practically next door...

Den bedste ferie

ALT var perfekt. Vi havde den bedste ferie - huset var godt indrettet til 2 familier og omgivelserne kan man ikke sætte en finger på. Agata var meget hjælpsom, og kom med kurve med friske grøntsager. Samtidig var hun meget hjælpsom. Vi kunne ikke bede om en bedre værtinde. Det var den bedste ferie vi har været på.

bij het aankomen bleek er geen trampoline te zijn ,maar na contact met eigenaar was er een paar uur later wel 1. top gastvrouw.

Toller 2-wöchiger Urlaub

Das Haus liegt in einer kleinen Ortschaft auf dem Land. Größere Städte wie Porec und Rovinj sind in 30min zu erreichen. Agata ist eine tolle Gastgeberin die uns mehrfach mit frischem Gemüse versorgt hat und jederzeit erreichbar ist. Das Haus hat alles was man benötigt und sieht aus wie auf den Bildern in der Beschreibung. Wir waren 3 Familien mit Kindern unter 3 Jahren und waren sehr glücklich über die Unterkunft. Würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
