Built in a rustic style in 2009 and tastefully renovated in 2022, Villa Caltha happily welcomes up to 8 guests. The villa has 191 m2 of living space located within a spacious property of 851 m2. Fully air-conditioned, it has four bedrooms.

On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a king size bed and a bathroom equipped with a shower/curtain.

There are two spacious bedrooms on the first floor. One bedroom offers a king size bed 180x200 cm and a bathroom equipped with a bathtub, while the second room contains a king size bed 180x200 cm that can be converted into two single beds measuring 90x200 cm and a bathroom equipped with a bathtub.

The fourth bedroom, located in front of the main entrance of the property, offers a double bed measuring 180x200 cm and its own bathroom with a bathtub and a shower curtain.

The ground floor hosts a beautifully adorned living room, complete with two sofas, a chair, a small table, a TV, and a fireplace. Adjacent to the living space, a dining room with a table for eight awaits, along with a fully-equipped kitchen ready to cater to the culinary needs of family and friends. To add a touch of entertainment, the room also features table football, ensuring both children and adults find joy.

Step outside into the yard and onto the outdoor terrace, where lush greenery and ample play areas for children abound. Here, a 32 m2 swimming pool with a depth of 1.5 meters invites relaxation. The adjacent sunbathing area, equipped with eight comfortable deckchairs, beckons you to unwind and soak up the warm summer rays. An outdoor charcoal or wood grill and a covered dining table complete the setting, providing an ideal backdrop for evening gatherings filled with laughter and song.

The villa is well-equipped with amenities, including a washing machine, an iron, a high chair, and a baby cot.

Ensuring privacy and security, Villa Caltha is entirely fenced and offers three private parking spaces.
