The grouns floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen, dining and living area with sofa bed for 2 additional guests and a terrace with garden furniture, a bathroom, a double room with air conditioning and private bathroom. The double bedroom o the ground floor has its own private entrance so the guests staying in this big doubleroom have complete privacy. The first floor consists of two air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom. One of the bedrooms has access to a beautiful terrace overlooking the pool, green garden, meadows and woods. The outside area consists of a 24 m2 large outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers, garden with barbecue, outdoor shower, covered patio with wooden table and chairs, barbecue and private parking for 3 cars. Next to the pool is a playroom with darts and table football. The Villa is located about 15 km from Porec and 15 km from the sea.
