The apartment Mihael is located in a private house in a quiet location at the entrance to the town of Labin. The owners live in the same house (with separate entrance).
The apartment has a separate entrance, terrace and parking.

This is a small apartment 35m2 for a maximum of 1- 4 persons.
It contains all the equipment for a comfortable and active stay (air conditioning, internet, electric grill, PlayStation4, parking space).

This apartment is ideal for guests who prefer an active and adventurous vacation.
For this reason, our guests can expect a special gift for an active vacation (2 bicycles for adults and a free boat trip for a minimum stay of 14 nights or more).

The location of the apartment is excellent, only 200 meters from a large shopping center, cafe, restaurant, children's playground, pharmacy, gas station, sculpture park and only 15 minutes by car from the sea and beach and top tourist destination Rabac.

Ronald war ein hervorragender Gastgeber. Die Bootstour war das Highlight unseres Aufenthalts. Die Wohnung war zwar klein aber alles vorhanden. Der Gastgeber wohnt im selben Gebäude, war immer zur Stelle wenn man ein Anliegen hatte. Er versorgte uns mit vielen Infos rund um die Gegend, ihm gilt ein besonderes Dankeschön

Wohnung sauber wie beschrieben. Ronald hat uns mit vielen Informationen wie Sehenswürdigkeiten, Öffnungszeiten, Strände versorgt. Highlight war die Bootstour. Wir würden sofort wieder buchen, wenn wir in der Nähe sind.

Wir wurden in dieser kleinen aber feinen Ferienwohnung von einem sehr netten Gastgeber empfangen,mit Tipps für Ausflüge und Badespots ,sowie mit allem Wissenswerte über Restaurants versorgt. Der Höhepunkt war indessen die Bootsfahrt mit Angelstopp. Super schöner Urlaub und vielleicht wiederholen wir nochmal.

Alles bestens gelaufen, super netter und korrekte Appartement Vermieter! Wir waren in Štrmac in dem Haus des Vermieters, wo er mit Familie auch lebt, aber das Apartment hatte ein separater Eingang, somit keinerlei Störungen gegenseitig vorhanden. Der Stadt ist gut strukturiert, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten von einheimischen Supermärkten, bis zu Lidl, Spar und dm, alles vorhanden. Der Vermieter hat uns, gleich zur Anfang unser Aufenthalt eine ausführliche Info-WhatsApp Nachricht geschickt zur Ortschaft, Sehenswürdigkeiten, Unternehmungsmöglichkeiten in gesamte Istrien. Das ultimative Plus war natürlich der Bootsausflug mit dem Vermieter, wer mit uns die Küstensehenswürdigkeiten, besondere Buchten angesteuert hatte. Dort hatten wir die Möglichkeit, ins Wasser zu gehen. Das einzige kleine Wermutstropfen war, wir wohnten etwa 20 Minuten Autofahrt zu der nächsten Bademöglichkeit. Also spontan ein Handtuch unter die Armen klemmen, und ab zu Strand war nicht drin. Aber das war schon klar beim Buchen und dementsprechend war der Preis etwas günstiger.

Wir hatten zwei Wochen entspannen vom Alltag. Vermieter war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Er gab uns viele Informationen und die Bootsfahrt war ein einmaliges Erlebnis für uns.

Ein zwar kleine aber trotzdem sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit vier guten Betten, gut ausgestatteter Küche, 2 Fernsehern, einer PS 4 und einem tollen Balkon mit magelneuem Gasgrill. Das Highlight für unsere Tochter waren die drei Katzen, die öfters schon vor der Tür auf sie warteten. Der Gastgeber Ronald ist herrvorragend, er gibt einem sehr viele Hinweise für Ausflüge, kann zu allen Fragen Tipps geben und wenn es Mal ein Problem gibt wird es umgehend gelöst. Unbezahlbar ist der Ausflug mit ihm auf seinem Boot, man kommt an Buchten und Höhlen, die man sonst nie gesehen hätte. Alle Ziele in Istrien erreicht man in höchstens einer Stunde und dank der vielen Tipps reichen 14 Tage eigentlich nicht aus, um alles zu machen, was einen interessiert. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Alle Ziele in Istrien erreich einer Stunde Fahrt, viele auch schon viel schneller.

Es waren zwei sehr schöne Wochen, bei Roland in Štrmac. Das Apartment ist klein aber sehr schön. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Auch der Garten ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Lage perfekt und sehr ruhig. Roland ist ein perfekter Gastgeber, sehr freundlich, nett und immer parat wenn es um Tipps und Ratschläge geht. Die Bootstour war ein absolutes Highlight. Wie waren bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal dort.

Der Aufenthalt bei Ronald war wunderbar. Das Highlight natürlich die Bootsfahrt. Die Ferienwohnung ist klein aber fein und hat eine perfekte Lage um die Städte und Strände Istriens in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen. Bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt in dieser Region werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder bei Ronald buchen.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden von Anfang bis Ende. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber in der ganzen Zeit unseres Aufenhaltes. Wir hatten unser Motorrad mitgebracht welches wir unter dem Carport von Ihm abstellen durften. Auch hat er bei einer kleinen Reparatur am Bike geholfen. So wie die Anzeige gfeschrieben wurde, wurde auch alles bereit gestellt, Bootsfahrt, Fahrräder etc.... Auch sehr viele Tipps für Restaurants oder Sehnswürdigkeiten hatte er uns per Whats App zukommen lassen. Wir hatten unsere ruhe und füllten uns willkommen. Wir buchen wieder bei Roland wenn wir in der nähe sind. Danke für alles

Die Wohnung ist sehr klein, aber für zwei Personen absolut in Ordnung. In der Wohnung befindet alles, was man benötigt. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Das Anwesen ist sehr gepflegt und auch ein Stellplatz für das Auto ist vorhanden. Die Lage in Labin ist gut und ein großes Einkaufsgebiet ist ca. 300m entfernt. Der Strand von Rabaz ist einige Kilometer entfernt.

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gepflegt, sauber und man hat dort alles was man braucht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in ca. 300 Meter zu erreichen. Der Vermieter und seine Familie sind sehr nett. Wir haben sogar mit dem Vermieter eine Tour mit dem Boot gemacht obwohl wir nur 8 Tage dort waren. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Alles ganz genau so wie beschriebe ! Sehr klein aber fein ! Roland ist sehr nett immer hilfsbereit und seine Tipps sind Gold wert !!! Sehr schöne Bootsfahrt !!! Alles notwendige befindet sich vor der Haustür! Einziges Manko keine waschmöglichkeiten für Wäsche aber ein Waschcenter in der Nähe ! Ein perfekter Urlaub !!!

Das Apartment ist so, wie im Internet beschrieben. Sehr klein, aber mit den wichtigsten Dingen ausgestattet und so sauber, wie selten erlebt.👍 Allerdings haben wir aufgrund der Größe der Küche aufs kochen verzichtet. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter ist sehr nett und seine Tipps wirklich sehr gut. Innerhalb von ca. 1 Stunde erreicht man viele sehenswerte Ziele.

...wenn man nicht touristisch wohnen möchte. Städte, Strände und sämtliche Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut und recht schnell zu erreichen. Geschäfte, Restaurants etc. fußläufig erreichbar. Das Apartment selbst ist für 2 Personen mehr als ausreichend und hat alles was man braucht. Der Vermieter liebt was er tut, was man z.B. an einer selbst zusammengestellten Info-Mappe zu Sehenswürdigkeiten, Stränden, Touren etc. merkt. Zusätzlich gibt es aktuelle Vorschläge zu stattfindenden Veranstaltungen oder z.B. Alternativen bei schlechtem Wetter. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden bestimmt wieder kommen. Wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hat viele gute Tipps gegeben. Die Wohnung war für 3 Erwachsene, 1 Kleinkind und kleinem Hund beengt, aber es ging absolut noch. Wir haben viel unternommen und hatten zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten eine akzeptable Anfahrt. Pula, die westliche Küste oder auch Inseln sind eine gute Stunde entfernt mit dem Auto. Zum Baden gibt es in direkter Umgebung mehrere Möglichkeiten.
