  • Dúplex de nivel superior en el encantador pueblo de Suttons Bay. A solo cuadras de restaurantes, tiendas y la bahía. ¡Imagínese simplemente salir por la puerta y no tener que conducir su automóvil! Este 3 dormitorios 1. 5 baños hogar acoge hasta 6 personas con 2 camas queen y 1 cama matrimonial. Cocina completa con lavavajillas y lavadero independiente. La casa tiene aire acondicionado en una habitación y también tiene ventiladores. Sábanas y toallas incluidas.

    Pequeña sala de estar afuera. También hay una parrilla de gas. ¿No tienes ganas de cocinar? Suttons Bay tiene algunos muy buenos restaurantes. El VI, Martha’s Table y North Country son solo algunos de los que debes visitar. Hop Lot Brewery está a solo unas cuadras de distancia. Puede comprar alimentos, ir al teatro Bay o disfrutar de divertidas boutiques. Mercado de agricultores todos los sábados hasta el otoño. El sendero Leelanau, que viaja desde Suttons Bay hasta Traverse City, es perfecto para aquellos que desean andar en bicicleta, caminar o correr en un sendero pavimentado seguro. Este sendero serpentea por el condado y no decepciona.

    Esta área está a 5 minutos del lago Leelanau, a 15 minutos de Leland y Northport. Traverse City está a 20 minutos. No te olvides de Sleeping Bear Dunes y muchas excelentes rutas de senderismo. Esta área maravillosa y cómoda casa no tiene parangón.

LOVED IT!! Very clean and spacious, great location and walking distance to Suttons Bay. Its the perfect house to explore Leelanau peninsula. This house is great to accommodate a few people or up to 6. Comfortable sized rooms too!

It was very large, much larger than the pictures seem to appear. We were a group of 5 and it felt plenty spacious. When it says walkable, it really is. Just a few minutes to downtown and to the beach. Suttons Bay is such a lovely place. We had a lovely stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second year staying at Suttons Bay Sunshine for our family vacation to walk/run the Fishtown 5k. This year we rented directly through Up North Vacation Rentals, LLC and the transaction went smoothly. It was nice to stay at a place that we were already familiar with. The kitchen had most everything we needed for meal prep. The neighbor downstairs loaned us a potato masher when we couldn't find one. Our grandchildren were excited to be greeted by the large yellow lab stuffed dog. He made a great play and bedtime companion. Because of the wildfire smoke, and outside activities were very limited, the comfy living room furniture was a great place to gather with other family members up for the Fishtown 5k.

Space was great - centrally located, plenty of space for the kids and cozy yard. We enjoyed our stay and will be back again!

Up North Family Getaway

Well stocked kitchen, clean bathrooms with nice towels, large main living room, and comfortable beds. Vrbo listing shows water views. This property is a ten minute walk to the beach and waterfront. Short walk to shopping and dining. Enjoyed our stay!

Spacious and convenient location

Loved our stay at this spacious home in a quiet neighborhood within easy walking distance to shops/restaurants and the Leelanau Trail. Kitchen was very well stocked for meal preparation and deck was a great place to relax. Would definitely stay again!

Suttons Bay Retreat

Clean tastefully decorated home just a block off Main Street. Loved the location and all the little things done right to make our 3 night stay seamless. Definitely would recommend. Quiet safe neighborhood as well. Minutes from Leelanau Trail!

A very nice an convenient place to stay. Property is very clean. Groundskeepers live in the duplex below the rental, but for the four days we stayed we didn't hear them once. The kitchen is nice and roomy if you want the option to cook a meal or two on vacation. Location is excellent for walking access to Suttons Bay and short driving distance to either Glen Arbor, Traverse City, or any of the attractions like wineries and scenic overlooks/walks in between.

Decent rental walking distance to town

The rental was great for 5 of us. Walking distance to Sutton's Bay, close to Hop Lot and other wineries/cideries. Be careful, even if you book with VRBO the management company makes you sign their rental agreement with the management company and you open yourself up to additional liability. Pickleball courts and disc golf nearby. Although it says there's only 2 parking spaces, there's TONS of street parking outside the house. We would definitely stay here again.

Sunshine cottage was cute clean close to everything. Great food beach wineries golf course We have family on Lake Leelanau just a few miles away. Fishtown best chowder !The couple that lives below are sweet . Highly recommend staying here. The Heltons

Brief stay with elderly parents

Beautiful property exactly as described in listing. We were ever so comfortable during our stay. My parents, in their 90’s were very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need for cooking.

Really Nice place

House clean, comfortable, upgraded linens, and furniture—nice touch. House was well stocked with everything we needed. Property really conveniently located—It’s about a 10 minute walk to beach and not more than 20 minute drive to Traverse City and other quaint towns along coast.
