Nestled on the island of Brač in the charming village of Sutivan, the modern Villa Golden Ananas promises a sanctuary of tranquility. The Villa Golden Ananas is the perfect escape from the hectic pace of everyday life, inviting you, your family, or a close group of friends to relish in peace and quiet. Built in 2021 with a contemporary architectural style, Villa Golden Ananas offers 180 m2 of living space. Fully air-conditioned, it provides accommodation for a maximum of 8 and an optimal 6 persons.

The villa offers sea views from two bedrooms on the upper floor and the ground floor. On the ground floor, a living room features comfortable seating, two armchairs, a TV, and a coffee table. If needed, the sofa can serve as an additional bed for up to two persons. Adjacent is an exit to an outdoor terrace, and a dining area with a table for eight. The modern kitchen is fully equipped for preparing family meals. Also, on the ground floor is a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a shower cabin and access to the terrace.

Upstairs, two more bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and shower cabins have terraces with seating, allowing you to enjoy views of the Adriatic Sea while sipping your morning coffee.

The outdoor terrace offers a refreshing experience during the day or night in the heated pool, sized at 45 m2 and with a depth of 1.5 m. The pool operates on an electrolysis system and features complete lighting. Next to it are six sun loungers and a covered outdoor dining table, along with an outdoor charcoal or wood barbecue—ideal for preparing traditional meat or fish dishes. The poolside lounge area provides ample seating and a table for enjoying cocktails during hot summer days.

Additional amenities of the villa include a high chair, a crib, a washing machine, and an iron. Villa Golden Ananas is a newly decorated property, fenced, with three private parking spaces within the courtyard.

Noteworthy attractions on the island of Brač include its oldest settlement, Škrip, where you can delve into the extensive history of this magnificent island. The famous stone quarry, the Museum of the Island of Brač, and an 18th-century church are just a few locations worth exploring. The Blaca Desert, stretching across 56 hectares from Dragovoda to the Blaca Bay, is one of the most fascinating sights that will captivate any visitor. Within the desert lies a monastery consisting of a 17th-century church, residential buildings, an observatory, and a library. The monastery houses the second-largest telescope in Europe.
