- On the ground floor, the entrance is through the main room hosting the living room, the living room and the fully equipped open kitchen. Also on this level: a laundry room, a toilet with washbasin and a beautiful master suite (1 bed 160) with private bathroom (walk-in shower). - On the 1st floor: 2 large bedrooms (1 bed 160 and 2 beds 90), a bathroom and a separate toilet. Outside, on an (unfenced) plot of 390 m², you will enjoy a terrace, a garden and a gravelled courtyard to park 2 vehicles. You will also have a private and closed room (adjoining the gîte) to store your bicycles and other belongings. This vacation rental is located next to the owners' house and near a small suckler cow farm (absent from the farm building from April to the end of October). Surzur is a green town located near the main roads serving the department, and very close to the sea. Its charm and tranquility are very popular with holidaymakers. Whether you are a fan of water sports, a history and architecture buff or simply avid of wide open spaces, you will be spoiled for choice!
