"We reported an issue with our rooms door handle when we arrived & it was not repaired during our stay. The parking lot lights were much too bright for sleeping in our first floor front facing room even with black out shades. Breakfast was decent & the airport shuttle was easy. More & better pillows would have been appreciated. Outside patio was a nice amenity but the smoking area next to it made it inhabitable at times. Some equipment in the workout room needed attention, like the stability ball...

"Front desk check in was awful my debit card was charged for the total room instead for the incidental fee of $20.00 I tried several times trying to receive my refund in the amount of $105.67 my bank account was charged. I called Marriott customer service stated I would be receiving my refund on February 29th (no 29th in this month) tried to speak with the manager “Crystal” so rude over talked me said it was a problem between me and my bank. As of this date 04-07-2026 not received my refund....

"Everything was wonderful. Clean rms, clean everywhere inside and out. Smelled good too!!
The breakfast was delicious and the staff friendly and helpful.
My only complaint was that the bathroom mirror was so high I could only see the top of my head. Granted I am only 4'10 but if the mirror was just four inches lower it would have been better. But I was able to use the other mirrors in the rm to get myself ready for the day so it was only a minor inconvenience.
Highly recommend this hotel...
