The Space:

The home offers a thoughtfully designed layout across two levels, ensuring ample space and comfort for your stay. The first floor features a spacious bedroom with two full beds and a 40-inch flat-screen smart TV, complemented by a convenient bathroom accessible from the hallway. The heart of the home, the kitchen, boasts stainless steel appliances, expansive granite countertops perfect for meal preparation, and dining options for up to 12 guests, including bar stool seating and a dedicated kids' table. Adjacent to the kitchen and dining area is a spacious living room, ideal for relaxation and socializing. Ascending to the second level, you'll discover two primary suites, each featuring a luxurious king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. These suites also provide access to a deck, offering stunning direct ocean views. Additionally, the second floor houses a bedroom with a queen-size bed and another bedroom with two full beds, sharing a third upstairs bathroom. A full-sized washer and dryer are also conveniently located on the second floor.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire house, including the private pool, backyard, and both balconies. Enjoy the views from the upper balcony overlooking the ocean and the lower balcony by the pool deck. All bedrooms, bathrooms, the kitchen, dining area, and living room are for your exclusive use. You'll also have access to the laundry room.

Experience the best of Surfside Beach! Our prime location offers both beach access and a walkable urban experience. The newly opened Surfside Beach Pier is just a 1-minute walk away, offering stunning views and entertainment. You'll also find a variety of outstanding dining options within easy walking distance. For added family fun, consider renting one of our gas-powered luxury golf carts (gas provided!).



Getting Around:

For transportation, a luxe gas-powered golf cart is available for rent ($65/day for the 4-seater and $75/day for the 6-seater) offering approximately 140 miles of cruising on a single tank (gas included). You can add this feature in your guest portal after booking. This makes accessing the public beach easier. Alternatively, the beach access is a short walk, less than two blocks away. The property is conveniently located, just 15 minutes from Myrtle Beach International Airport. Uber services are readily available, with estimated fares of $25-30 to reach the property.



Other Things to Note:

For your stay, we provide linens, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. The kitchen is equipped with essential supplies like a roll of paper towels, hand soaps, and 2 dishwasher and 2 laundry pods and the bathrooms are stocked with two rolls of toiler paper each. which are all included in the "cleaning fee". Don't forget to bring your own beach and pool towels. Taxes are not included in the nightly rate.



To ensure a safe and smooth stay for all guests, we use a secure guest portal that includes your rental agreement, local recommendations, and access to any upsells that may be available to you. As part of this process, the portal does ask for a copy of a valid photo ID for verification and liability purposes. For your safety, the link to the portal is sent directly through the platform’s message thread.
