Ocean View. Steps To The Beach!

Have your morning coffee, evening cocktails, and meals out on the balcony while enjoying the sights, sounds and smell of the Atlantic Ocean. Across the street from the beach, this 3rd floor condo (w/elevator) boasts free WI-FI, a shared in-ground pool, shared charcoal grills, central heat/air, a washer & dryer (2023), refrigerator (2024), electric range (2023), dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, french press, crock pot, toaster & toaster oven, blender, iron & board, 3 TVs, 1 DVD player, telephone, mounted hair dryers in both bathrooms, and a private balcony with views of the ocean. Pub height table and 4 chairs on the balcony for your maximum viewing pleasure. Seating for 6 in the living room and dining room, as well.
Please provide your own sheets and towels, as linens are NOT included, but can be for an additional fee.
2 Bedrooms, both with Queen Adjustable Base Mattresses (2024).
Living Room - Queen Sofa Bed or Full inflatable mattress.
Sorry, NO smoking or pets allowed.

Easy Stay in Surfside

We were in town to move son out of college for the summer. Host was very easy to correspond with. I did not read closely enough and missed that linens were not included. All other VRBOs I have every stayed at always include the basic linens. So a quick trip to the store solved our issue. Place is well equipped but a bit dated. Could use a refresh in bathrooms and kitchen. The view is lovely and the beach has an easy access. Did not have time for the pool but it looked well kept. Living room very comfy. Pizza Hyena down the street is a great place to grab a bite. Surfside is one of our favorites spots to stay.

Location was Amazing but Condo was Disappointing

We stayed in a two bedroom two bath condo with two college-aged young adults. The beds were comfortable, the beach was just across the street and the pool was the perfect place to relax after coming back from the beach. We were allowed a golf cart on this property which was a plus in the morning for a breakfast run to our favorite bakery/coffee shop, Benjamin’s and in the evening to dinner in Surfside or to go to the newly rebuilt pier. The aesthetics of the condo need a lot of updates. Things you can’t see in this listing’s pictures are peeling popcorn ceiling, condensation leaking from the ceiling registers, the inside of just one kitchen cabinet (empty) appears rotted or water damaged, the bathroom rugs are worn thin and need replaced, one rusted towel hook over the door in the master, old mirrors, tubs,facets in both bathrooms. We didn't mind we needed to bring linens and towels for our trip but would have preferred extra blankets and comforters be folded in the closet rather than in a ball on the bed as we were happy we brought our own and would not have used the provided. The pull out is not something an adult could sleep on comfortably and the couch needs steamed cleaned (armrests are dirty). Fortunately we brought sheets large enough to cover the couch where one of the kids slept. We were surprised when the bi-monthly pest control came to spray while we were in the unit. Loved the location and Surfside but will search for a different more updated unit in the future.

Easter Weekend Getaway

We had a great weekend away with the family. The condo accommodated the 4 of us (including a HS Senior and a Freshman in college) perfectly. The girls had their own space and bathroom, as did we. It was perfect walking distance to the Pier, restaurants, and a walk across the street to the beach. Surfside is an adorable little beach town to come and get away to. We had some issues with the cable and the internet, but the owners were very responsive and were on top of getting everything resolved quickly. Please remember to bring your own towels and sheets!! I neglected to read that part in the condo description and ended up going out and buying them, which wasn't a problem because there is a Walmart 5 minutes away. We loved waking up every morning to enjoy our coffee and watch the sunrise on the porch that overlooked the beach. This will definitely be our place to stay when we come in to town to visit our daughter that goes to Coastal! Can't wait for our next visit!

June Beach Shenanigans

The low country area has always held a special place for me, so bringing my children to SC for a week at the beach was wonderful. The location is perfect, the condo is clean, and the size and amenities are perfect for a family. Would 100% recommend!

Wedding Weekend

My friends and I stayed at this property because we had a wedding to attend. The property was in a great location, easy to get to, and had a great view of the ocean from the balcony. The many great things about this place and the owner far away the one minor detail that I overlooked in the listing. I would definitely recommend this rental.

Amazing Surfside Vacation

Such a nice place! The property was great and very quiet and chill. The property was a little outdated, but by far the nicest place we've stayed in the area. We've been coming to the Myrtle Beach area every year for the past 10 years. So that says a lot. Basically had everything we needed. Kitchen has about everything you need to cook with. The bedrooms were nice and comfortable. Had a nice balcony with a view of the ocean. It was in a great location as well. Close to our favorite locations! Very close to Benjamin's. Which is an amazing place for coffee and breakfast. That alone would sell me on this place :) Super close to the ocean like less than a 5 minute walk. Also the pool was nice and clean. The kids loved this place because of the pool and how close we were to the ocean. I'm going to be planning our next trip here soon, and we'll back to this place for sure. Dawn the owner answered all my questions super quick and is an amazing host!!

Relaxing Stay

Relaxing get away

Very nice home away from home. Pool was clean and beach was a few steps away. People around us were nice and we really enjoyed ourselves. Check in was easy. Grocery stores are down the street perfect location. I would stay here again for sure. Thank for having us!
