Welcome to Carbon's Coastal Cabana at MH115! This 3 bedroom, 2 bath mobile home with addition can sleep up to 8 with 2 queens, a full bed, and a sleeper sofa full bed. Full size washer and dryer and dishwasher. Plenty of closet space and storage. Ample parking for 3 cars in front of house.

Inside you’ll find comfortable amenities as well as walls painted with soothing beach colors
We’ve also added WiFi with multiple smart TV's with cable.

Outside enjoy open skies and views of the lake, with the ocean and palm trees just beyond from our raised front deck at MH115. This home also has a screened porch for the not so sunny days. Short walk to water park, pool, recreation center/arcade, Sandy Mart and fishing across the street. Easy golf cart ride to the beach.

* Complimentary linens and towel package is NOT INCLUDED for bookings under 7 nights.

*Small dog under 25 lbs welcome with owner approval and fee per dog.

A complimentary golf cart is available; must be 21 with valid drivers license and registered to site MH115 to operate cart. Proof of age/ID required when signing rental agreement. All damage to golf cart is the responsibility of the registered guests.

No Smoking or vaping inside home or screened porch.

Wonderful stay! The place was spacious enough for our group of seven. It was very clean, nicely decorated and we had the best time. Loved having the golf cart. We rented an extra one since we had a large group and it was perfect. Would recommend and stay again! Communication with owners was also great! No complaints!

The house was better than expected. Soooo much room. I loved sitting on the porch. There were sand toys which was nice. I bought some from the OL store and left for the next family. This rental had games everywhere and 5 tvs. Just plenty to do.

Family Vacation

We stayed at MH115 it was very clean. The owner was very responsive. The kitchen well stocked with kitchen equipment including a crockpot. The golf cart was a great addition and my 24 year old son said it was the bed vacation he ever had. We enjoyed the pool and the coffee shop was better than SB. Just overall watching other families have fun it was so enjoyable.

We really enjoyed our stay!

Super Clean, Very Roomy! loved the location in the campground. Golfcart was so nice to be able to use. Host was super helpful and quick responses. We hope to stay again next year!

Ocean Lakes Campground is worth the stay, but pick a different home owner to rent from.

This is our second time renting a vacation property from this renter. The first time they had our family including a small toddler locked outside of our rental property in the summer heat for an hour. This time our vacation date ended up occurring at the same time as a hurricane. While our other family staying two rows over were able to get their days changed to the following week for safety. This renter disregarded our family’s safety and refused to assist us. We had to leave our trip early and are using our insurance to file for the days we missed. Upon arrival to our vacation home, the property wasn’t properly cleaned. Pet and human hair on beds. Sand and dirt on the couches. The property also did not have proper parking, you need to park in the grass/mud. A cause of concern for us if flooding occurred. Save you and your family the trouble and book with a different renter.

Awesome vacation rental

Very much enjoyed the home! Great location, great wonderful property manager (Jessica) and awesome memories. Loved that the huge deck area had latched doors which was very helpful with a bunch of kids running around! Would happily rent again!

Family Beach Trip

We had 7 people staying in the home and had plenty of room. The home was located on a nice street away from all the main traffic, but close enough to the beach to be there in a few minutes. We also enjoyed using the golf cart.

We really liked this property. We liked the location and access to a golf cart. There was plenty of room for 6 adults, one baby, and one dog. We liked having two different sitting areas and TVs in every room. Everything appeared to be clean and neat. Floors had been swept but not been mopped because our socks were REALLY dirty. We mopped it ourselves because we had a toddling baby with us. Upon contacting the host his response was that we probably tracked in dirt while bringing in our luggage. The ground in dirt we mopped up was not from bringing in luggage. We would absolutely have stayed here again had the host accepted responsibility and not blamed us for the dirty floor. We understand things happen. We just thought he would want to know that someone wasn't properly cleaning his place.

Family Vacay 2020

We like this place way better than the last 3 that we have stayed at. The layout of the house is great. Lots of room, especially kitchen/dining. I love that the flooring is all wood, easy to sweep up (hate sand under my feet) Also, love that my little dog was welcome. All the appliances are modern and in good working order, and the wifi is good. Would def stay again.

House was located in a great location. Included Golf cart was an nice added bonus and enjoyable. Some new pot and pans would be a nice added addition and upgrading the one TV in the bunkroom to a Smart TV.

We had a fantastic time! The house was nice plenty of room! Ocean view and lake view!

Jim was prompt on getting back if a question arrived! Only thing i didnt like was check in 4:00 and check out 9:00 its like you loose 7 hours of time on your vacation time! I understand that time is needed between each guest for cleaning! But 7 hours? But other than that it was great!

Wonderful Stay!

We absolutely loved this place. It was everything the owner stated it was. I was very clean and roomy for 3 adults. The supplied golf cart was icing on the cake. We are already considering next year = same time. It was amazing to see all of the "trick-or-treaters" down there. Plus all of the campsites were fixed up as well. All in all = you can't go wrong with this place. "Jim" was very nice and always answered my questions, Thank you Jim.

A wonderful time!

Our family really enjoyed staying here, in the middle of the Ocean Lakes community - there’s a great beach, pool, a ton of fun activities, but surprisingly nice and quiet in the evenings. With three bedrooms and two living rooms there was more than enough space for us to spread out and relax. We really enjoyed cruising around in the golf cart, which was included. The vacation was made even sweeter since we were able to bring our fur baby. Keep in mind that this is a dated mobile home, so not a typical five star rental, but it was a fun location, clean and well stocked kitchen, and we all slept well. A great deal for the money! Thank you Jim for being so responsive to our questions. We had a wonderful weekend!
