Plan early for your families summer vacation. Weeks are filling up fast don't miss out on one of the best locations in Ocean Lakes Family Resort. TOWELS AND LINENS (SHEETS) ARE NOT INCLUDED.

Our private family lakefront home overlooks Magnolia Lake with breathtaking ocean views from all 3 deck levels. Our home has five bedrooms, three full baths and an outdoor shower. All bedrooms have their own access door to a bathroom. The large main level deck is perfect for relaxing in the sun or shade while enjoying the ocean breezes or fishing off your own private deck.

It’s just a short walk to the beach, recreation center and new waterpark. Our home is fully furnished with SMART TV's and cable in every room. There are ceiling fans in all bedrooms and family room. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to make and serve meals including: microwave, smooth-top range, dishwasher, and all the dishes and cookware you may require. A wet bar is located between the kitchen and living room stocked with wine glasses. A brand new washer/dryer is also provided. There is an outside hot/cold shower for washing off the sand after a fun-filled day at the beach and a gas grill to BBQ. There is covered parking under the house for four cars. We hope you will enjoy our home as much as we do.

First Floor

*Bedroom #1: One King-size bed, Cable SMART TV, closet, dresser, and door to full bath.

*Living Room: Cable, flat screen SMART TV, couch, love seat, chair, and wet bar.

*Kitchen: Dishwasher, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, ice maker in fridge, and breakfast bar with seating for 3.

*Dining Room: Beautiful table with seating for six and chandelier.

*Deck: Overlooks lake and ocean. Table for six for outside dining.

*Bath: Full bath has access door to bedroom and kitchen.

Second Floor

*Bedroom #2: Bunk bed (full on bottom, twin bed on top) plus one additional twin bed, Cable SMART flat screen TV, closet, dresser and access door to full bath

* Bedroom #3 - Two Twin beds, Cable, flat screen SMART TV, dresser, closet, and access door to full bath.

* Bedroom #4 - One Queen Bed with deck access to lake and ocean views, Cable, flat screen SMART TV, closet, dresser, and access door to full bath.

* Bedroom #5 - One Queen Bed with deck access to lake and ocean views, Cable flat screen SMART TV, closet, dresser, and access door to full bath.

Two full baths upstairs, one full bath downstairs, enclosed shower outside with hot/cold water.

NO SMOKING ALLOWED.

NOT INCLUDED:

* Linens, towels, paper products, or golf cart(I rent my cart in addition).


* There is a $12-$15 charge per day per car parking pass required by Ocean Lakes for each vehicle*

Location was great with lake views and ocean views and there was plenty of room for us. The TVs in the bedrooms were small and outdated and we also were without wifi for a day but that was resolved. The kitchen could use more dishes and pantry space…we had to put our groceries on the kitchen counter because there were no cabinets to store anything. Also the mattresses seemed very old and worn and didn’t make for a comfortable night’s sleep. I wouldn’t stay here again for that reason.

Great vacation

Was a great spot very accommodating nice and spacious. Only thing is we wished they had better tv’s on top of one upstairs could only get one channel and some ceiling fans outside would have really elevated the stay. Overall everything else was great

Summer Family Vacation

Upon arrival we noticed blinds in front door were broken, water damage to floor in kitchen, and a hole in the wall beside the front door. We took pictures and sent to owner and she was aware. We had to clean the kitchen floor about 3 times. We have an 8 mo old who uses a walker and an 18 month old, both kids feet were black prior to us cleaning the floor. The grill provided was filthy so we never used it. 2 chairs on outside deck were broken. Otherwise, great location and owner was responsive. We also had a tropical storm for our weeks vacation but that was just the luck of the draw.

Great house for the family

Only had a few issues … 2 chairs in bad shape with nails sticking out .. hole in a wall .. dishwasher not the best . House was clean and bedrooms and bathrooms worked out great. Going to rent again .

Stayed at this same location for 2 yrs. Great place. Only problem is for price pd and cleaning fees this needs to be checked on more frequently. For 2 yrs have had to buy mop and mop kitchen floor and bathrooms. Overall family enjoyed the convenience

only one fridge for 11 people!

We never only had one fridge availability. kitchen is very small. Almost impossible for that many people. and bringing your own bedding was a pain. but i should have looked into that first otherwise it’s a great location and price! owner responds immediately to anything and everything! cleaning was great and overall we made it work!

Synopsis of house is outdated and inaccurate

Owner was prompt to respond and resolve the rental issue we had. But the view is the only thing this house has. Living room furniture was worn out, sofa bed was broken making it extremely uncomfortable. Kitchen was poorly stocked. Lots of old pots/pans; no prep/serving bowls. One of the bedroom TV wouldn't work because it was missing the power cord. The futon bed had several layers of thin foam stacked to make a mattress. The whole house was dirty inside and out, especially the kitchen floor.

Would stay here again

Was very pleased with this home. We arrived and it was clean, well equipped, and would easily accommodate a large family. Good location near pools and recreation center. I would recommend this home. My only recommendation would be that it could use some additional or more suitable outdoor furniture. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.
