We only rent Saturday to Saturday during the Spring and Summer months. We do NOT advertise on Craigslist, only VRBO!

1st floor unit with parking underneath. Key-less entry system, easy access. Code will be sent a day before arrival. Stainless appliances, small guest room in the front of the home with a queen bed and dresser, a ceiling fan and closet, TV for videos only. Hallway with full bathroom with walk in shower, toilet sink and mirror. Kitchen on tile has stainless steel appliances, fridge/freezer with water/ice, glass top stove, microwave, dishwasher, counter comes out into large island like piece for dinning with bar stools around it. Plenty of Brazilian redwood cabinets for storage. A small wet bar between the kitchen and living room. The living room has a full size pullout sleeper couch, coffee table, end table, and large flat screen TV with cable an amazing view of the beach and ocean with 3 large tinted glass panels and a large palm tree ceiling fan. The porch has a table and chairs. Washer and dryer in the unit. The master bedroom is larger with a queen bed, full size dresser, nightstand, and closet, with an oceanfront window that you can hear the sounds of the ocean through at night or wake up to an amazing view. The master bedroom has a private bathroom with bathtub and shower, sink. The unit also has internet, a small storage shed beneath, and its own parking spot along with guest parking. Bath towels and linens are included. Guests will be notified of the key less entry code and move in instructions before arrival.

Nice little unit, enjoyed a getaway for myself and 2 kids. Loved the pool (never crowded) and easy access to the beach. But for the price, unit needs a few updates...some of the balcony furniture is rusty and damaged, family room needs better lighting because the tinted sliding door and windows makes the room dark, couch has dog hair. In-house laundry is convenient but dryer makes rust stains on clothes. Overall, positive experience and good fit for 3 people, but expected better.

Location was perfect! Condo was a little worn, needs some work. Ceiling above the wet bar was coming down, chairs on the balcony had huge holes in them so we were unable to enjoy the balcony, shower caulk in the second bathroom needs to be replaced, shower function in the main bathroom was stuck so it couldn't be used.

We loved the location with everything convenient yet quiet enough to be a very relaxing week. The condo was clean and well appointed. The ocean front pool was clean and quiet—perfect.

Convenient and homey

We loved the condo, view of the beach and easy access to bike week! Great parking underneath for our bikes! Sufficient kitchen supplies to cook meals! The beds were very comfy and made our week very enjoyable! Would highly recommend!

Our vacation

We had several issues. Some were due to poor maintence and some were due to lack of communication by the hoa. The worst was the water was shut off for 24 hours. We were not notified until i contacted the owner that it had been off all day and the plumbers were gone for the day. We were shocked that other accommodations were not made for residents.

Relaxing

Great view, very nice area and enjoyed the quietness even in Bike week. Really glad they didn't allow dogs. Forgot that the first week of October dogs are allowed on beach. Nice not to have barking dogs in your unit. They were in areas all around. Nice condo owner very efficient when things need taken care of . Would recommend this unit again and will stay there any time.

Good but needs cleaning

Great stay, wonderful location. Needs to be cleaned, dust bunny’s stuck to ceiling. Owner was wonderful let us in earlier so our younger child could take nap. Main bedroom bed was not comfortable, was a foam on top of mattress. AC filter needs changed as it was black. Parking was not great for us with roof box as pipes overhung the ceiling, so we had to park in non-covered parking. Overall enjoyed our stay.

They property is just right for 4 people. It was well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The views are amazing even though it’s a first floor unit. Check in process was smooth. We had no issues with this property and would stay again.

Perfect for small family

The condo was all we could have hoped for. Although there is no elevator, my daughter reminded me that the steps to the first floor was no different than what is in our own house. The rooms were spacious and very clean. I would have preferred a king bed in the master as I am 6’4 and on the husky side. That is honestly the only upgrade I would recommend. View is gorgeous from the balcony. The condo has plenty of TVs with streaming capabilities. Not sure if it was just our Att service but we were in a virtual dead zone for calls… so beware and be prepared to step outside to make calls. Texting and FaceTime worked fine with wifi. Not a lot of storage for beach equipment but we left most of ours in the bed of our truck and it was untouched. Other families were leaving their things in the underneath parking area. It makes the trips back and forth a lot easier for beach days. Speaking of the beach, the area in front of this unit is not a crowded as it is to the left and right due to not having a public access area nearby. If you like listening to music on the beach you will want to download and not rely on streaming as the signal on the beach is weak. Will definitely try to book this again and hopefully it may get that king bed upgrade.

The property was fine however I would not have rented knowing that I was directly above the pool & the beach access was eye level … so no privacy on balcony. The pool lights are bright & stay in all night so no could not even really enjoy the view after dark. I was alone. This property is more appropriate for a family with kids.
