Living, Dining & Kitchen
Thoughtfully renovated with comfort and convenience in mind, our bright and inviting condo is the perfect place to make lasting beach memories. Large oceanfront windows fill the space with natural light and showcase the uninterrupted views of the Atlantic. The open-concept living space allows everyone to enjoy the ocean view – whether you’re preparing breakfast, cooking dinner, sharing a meal, or simply relaxing together.

The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a center island with seating, and everything you need to prepare meals during your stay- including a Keurig, Crock-Pot, cookware, and plenty of dishes and utensils for family meals.

Gather around the dining table for family meals, game nights, and planning your beach excursions before settling into the oversized sectional to watch your favorite shows on the Smart TV with YouTube TV – or simply unwind while taking in the breathtaking views.

Primary suite
Wake up to stunning ocean views from the comfort of the king bed, then step directly onto the private balcony to enjoy your morning coffee or watch the sunrise. The spacious primary suite also features a Smart TV, a desk for those pesky work calls, and a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Guest bedroom
The second bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed, Smart TV, and a large closet, creating a bright and inviting retreat for another couple or additional guests.

Custom Bunk room
Perfect for kids or additional guests, the custom-built bunk room includes a twin-over-queen bunk bed with built-in stairs, creating a fun and functional sleeping space. The full size washer & dryer are conveniently tucked away in the closet.

Bathrooms
The primary suite includes a private ensuite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower. The second full bathroom, conveniently located off the hallway, features a tub/shower combination and a double vanity, giving everyone plenty of space.

Start your morning with a cup of coffee while watching the sunrise over the Atlantic, spend the afternoon enjoying the ocean breeze, or unwind in the evening as you listen to the soothing sound of the waves. Accessible from both the living room and primary suite, the private oceanfront balcony offers front-row seats to the Atlantic Ocean.

Just steps from the building, you’ll find yourself on Surfside Beach’s wide stretch of sand. Whether you’re carrying beach chairs, a cooler, or excited little ones, getting to the beach couldn’t be easier.

When you’re ready for a break from the ocean, cool off in the community pool just steps from the beach access. It’s the perfect place to relax while the kids splash and play before heading back to the condo.

Known as “The Family Beach,” Surfside Beach offers the perfect balance of relaxation and convenience. Enjoy a quieter, more laid-back beach experience while still being just minutes from great restaurants, shopping, golf, and all the attractions the Grand Strand has to offer.

The newly rebuilt Surfside Beach Pier has become a favorite spot for visitors and locals. Important Things to Know
We love sharing our beach home with guests and hope you'll enjoy it as much as our family does. To help ensure a wonderful stay for everyone, please review the following information before booking. We’re always just a phone call or message away if you need anything during your stay.

Second-Floor Condo
Please note that there is no elevator. The condo is located on the second floor, and because of the covered parking beneath the building, you'll need to climb two flights of stairs.

Parking
Parking is limited throughout Surfside Beach. Your reservation includes one reserved, covered parking space, along with access to five first-come, first-served guest spaces located in front of the building. Please note that street parking is not permitted in Surfside Beach. We recommend bringing one vehicle whenever possible (two at most). Two parking passes are provided at check-in. Please note that golf carts count as one of your two permitted vehicles.

Smoke-Free Property
Our condo is completely non-smoking, including the private balcony. We appreciate your help in keeping it fresh and enjoyable for all guests.

Security Camera Disclosure
For the safety of our guests and property, there is one exterior security camera located at the front entry door. The camera monitors the entrance only and is used to verify occupancy limits and our no-pets policy. There are no cameras inside the condo or on the balcony.
