You will Enjoy site 1758 Sharks Tooth Trail in Ocean Lakes it’s fully stocked, beautiful 3 bedroom 2 full bathroom Beach Cottage with a huge beautiful back & side deck with stunning views overlooking the Magnolia Lake Canal. Bring your fishing gear and fish off the back deck. New Full size washer & dryer. Completely remodeled bathroom which features a granite vanity countertop, large walk-in shower, a touchless flushing toilet and stunning Boardwalk wood plank flooring throughout the house. A nice golf cart is included with the rental of my property.

There is 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, & 1-twin bunkbeds.

All New furniture, new bedding and flooring.
Living room has all new furniture including a huge comfy sectional sofa and a large flat screen smart TV.

Kitchen comes fully stocked with kitchen appliances, new stainless steel refrigerator, Keurig, toaster, dishes, utensils, cookware, stove and microwave.

The dining area has a breakfast bar with 3 stools and a table with 4 chairs in addition to a padded window nook.

Very large Master bedroom has a brand new king size bed with a new comfortable hybrid mattress and a large flat screen smart TV. Plenty of room for a pack and play!
Master bath with granite vanity counter top and full size walk-in shower.

Second bedroom has a Queen size bed and a flat smart screen TV.

Third Bedroom Bunk bedroom has extra large built in twin bunk beds and a flat screen TV.

Second bathroom also has a full size bathtub with shower and a vanity area.
Brand new full size washer and dryer.

Relax, grill and enjoy the wrap around deck along with the huge beautiful back deck which includes an outdoor seating, a fire pit with a stunning view overlooking the beautiful Magnolia Lake Canal. You can fish off the deck or down by the canal.

There is a gas grill along with grilling utensils available for your use.

Complimentary golf cart included.
No pets and No smoking. Must be 24 years of age to book and responsible party must be present the whole time of reservations dates.

Miss BETTY WAS SUCH A SWEETHEART VERY FRIENDLY SERVICE HELPFUL AND SUCH AN OUTSTANDING HOST ANY QUESTIONS I HAD SHE ANSWERED WITH A QUICK RESPONSE THE GOLF CART WAS A PLUS CLEAN HOUSE LOADED WITH EVERYTHING YOU NEED EVEN THE FISHING RODS BECAUSE HUBBY FORGOT HIS AND TOOK THE GRANDKIDS OUT AND THE BED'S WAS SO COMFORTABLE WE NEVER WANTED TO GET UP IN THE MORNINGS EVEN THE GRANDKIDS SLEPT EVERY DAY TILL AFTER 11 AM AND THEY GET UP AT 6 ON VACATION IT WAS SUCH A BEAUTIFUL HOME WASHER DRYER COFFEE MAKER ALL KIND OF GAMES FOR KEEPING THE KIDS ENTERTAIN LOVED IT AND WE VACATION IN OCEAN LAKES 5 TIME'S A YEAR

We had an absolute wonderful stay at this property! The location is wonderful. The deck is great. Being able to fish off of the back deck is great. They have a couple of fishing poles and some beach chairs you can use if needed. The accommodations are great. King bed, queen bed, and a set of twin bunks. The mattresses are comfortable and enough pillows. Mattress covers and pillow covers. It was very clean! The decor was cute too! Televisions in each bedroom. Love the golf cart, hop in and drive right to the beach. Or the market, or the arcade, or the pool, or to get ice cream. We had a wonderful day of fishing. The living room couch was so comfortable. Seemed like a small place at first, but it was more than enough room for us. Loved the walk in shower. Really, we had NO complaints. We definitely want to stay there again. We brought our own sheets and towels to not pay the linen charge. Not a big deal at all. Host was wonderful to deal with. Highly recommend!!!

Enjoyed Our Stay

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was perfect for the 5 of us. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to find. Communicating with the property owner was easy! Plan on staying at this property again next year!!

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay. Complementary golf cart was a nice addition. The house is small, but had everything we needed and enough space for all of us. Betty was very responsive and helpful.
