Big spacious house

Overall we had a good stay here, exellent location, nice deck. restaurants within walking distance. Biggest downfall is there are very little day to day items available. The house was stark of daily needed items. We had to buy many items for a stay of 5 nights. There is only 1 roll of tp and 1 TINY bar of soap in each bathroom, no hair dryers, 1 garbage bag for each can, no dish soap, no laundry detergent, no tin foil, no saran wrap, no coffee filters, no sugar, no cooking spices, no cooking oil, no can opener (we bought one and left it there) not nearly enough forks (maybe 10) for a house that has 9 bedrooms and sleeps 28. I would have gave this place 5 stars but we had buy alot of items which added to the cost and made it very inconvenient. I've stayed in many rental houses that have items for guests to use, we had go out and buy everything and certainly not be able use it all and can't take extras with us. And even though they get left. I believe those items would all be cleared out and not left for the next group because this house was completly empty of all those items

Christmas Family Trip

Great property with a lot of space especially for our party that was mostly adults. The kitchen, hangout area was nice and open. The wraparound deck was wonderful. Unfortunately one fridge was not working and rather dirty when we arrived. We could also have used more silverware and plates. They did address the fridge and some came to clean it. Overall I would recommend and return.

Review

The property only had silverware for 11. There are 9 bedrooms and our group has 20 people. The kitchen had no measuring cups or spoons. They do now as I left the ones I purchased. I lost count of the times the elevator repair person came. On Saturday morning my son-in-law got stuck in elevator with his luggage. On Saturday afternoon when the repair man came for the second time that day,he told us he would ask Dunes to send elevator company to repair the elevator. They never came and when we checked out Sunday with the elevator still broken we had a very difficult time getting luggage, etc down the steps.

Family Vacation

Beautiful property set in a perfect location but there was a little bit of issues upon arrival. The house wasn’t cleaned thoroughly before arrival. There was black mold in one of the bathrooms on the second floor. We had to call maintenance for a few issues that were fixed promptly. BEWARE OF THE LISTING BEING BOOKED AND A HURRICANE COMES THROUGH, We never received an email about anything that had happened to the property prior to arrival. The pool nor the elevator was drained of water (the property managers had said on different occasions that the pool would at least be drained either before and/or during our stay, neither things happened and they had other renters prior to our arrival) The hot tub wasn’t even working properly and we were not told that the parts were ordered prior to arrival. It was made to seem that the hot tub at least was working properly. The staff overall was pleasant and helped with anything that needed to be fixed.

Wonderful location! Plenty of space!

Location was amazing. Access to the beach was a stones throw away and within walking distance to restaurants and shops. House was perfect for our large group of 16. We had 4 families in total and 8 kids including 4 teenage boys. The third floor suite was perfect for them to have their own space. There was plenty of space for everyone and not once did we feel crowded. The pool and hot tub were excellent and were enjoyed by all. The balconies are awesome with great views. The kitchenware was plentiful and had the basics needed for a large family meal. Correspondence with Dunes was fantastic and our week was very enjoyable with no issues. Everything was perfect. We will certainly be back.

The house over all was good, the front door needs to be cleaned, and the upper deck needs to be clea

The upper deck had something black on the post and the top that needs to be cleaned or painted over, and the front door needs to be cleaned. For the most part the house was great, I would go back!

We enjoyed our stay at the property. Loved all the seating options and bedrooms. It comfortably fit 4 families. Liked two fridges and 2 dishwashers in the kitchen. Appreciated the pool staying open. Would of been nice to have the pool guy there sooner in the week. Great location to the beach. Easy access and just across the street. Notified them of some issues and got a quick response.. Also appreciated the linen pack pin price. Did not give it 5 stars as the beds were very hard. Need new mattresses and a deep cleaning. Overall we had a great stay. Thanks
