The Dance is a true direct-oceanfront family beach home in Surfside Beach designed specifically for large and multi-generational groups who want to vacation together comfortably — not squeezed into a typical rental. With 6 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms, an elevator, and private bathrooms for every bedroom, everyone has space to relax while still spending time together.

After the beach, families naturally gather in the backyard — this is where the home really shines. Enjoy your private temperature-controlled pool that is heated in cooler months and cooled during the hot summer weeks (included with your stay), along with the 6-person hot tub and putting green while dinner cooks on the gas grill and kids play safely inside the pool area. In the evenings, unwind on the oceanfront balconies and listen to the surf.

Unlike many beach homes, linens, bath towels, and beach towels are provided and beds are made before arrival — no packing sheets or stopping at linen rental companies.

The home is clean, exceptionally maintained, and fully equipped for large groups. High-speed WIFI is available throughout and the kitchen is stocked with cookware, dishes, and appliances to prepare meals for everyone. The living room features a 55” Roku TV and comfortable seating perfect for group movie nights after long beach days.

We also host two nearby homes Windswept and Backyard Oasis located about ½ block from the ocean.
They are an easy walk to the beach but are not oceanfront properties. Many larger families rent two homes together.

Important Information Before Booking

After booking, the primary guest will receive a Rental Agreement via AdobeSign. The agreement must be reviewed and electronically signed within 3 days of receipt and before check-in details and door codes are released. Refusal or failure to sign within this time frame constitutes a guest-initiated cancellation.

The person making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older, must be present at check-in, and must remain at the property for the entire stay. Third-party bookings are not permitted, and guests under 25 will not be allowed to check in.

Exterior security cameras are located at the front door/doorbell, driveway, and backyard/pool area. There are no cameras inside the home or in private interior spaces.

Maximum occupancy is 22 registered guests. Parties, events, receptions, and gatherings beyond registered guests are strictly prohibited. Unregistered visitors are not permitted at any time.

House guidelines:
• No smoking inside
• No pets
• No fireworks
• No glass around the pool
• No grilling on decks or porches

The property includes a pool and hot tub. Children must be supervised at all times while using these amenities.

This privately owned vacation home provides temporary vacation accommodations only during the reserved dates.
