  • CASI COMO FRENTE AL MAR! 40 pies al océano 4 bd / 3 baños vista al mar casa de playa para 12 personas con 4 cubiertas Eche un vistazo a las fotos y las vistas. Una de las cubiertas más grandes del parque con el Océano Atlántico, tan cerca que puedes sentir la brisa.

    4 habitaciones + litera + sofá cama y 3 baños! Duerme 10-12 TV en la sala de estar y también todas las habitaciones.
    Esta casa está en una de las ubicaciones principales del parque. Es una de las pocas casas que tiene una increíble terraza trasera que lo espera a usted y su familia para cocinar o invitar a sus amigos a pasar un buen rato ... todos con vista al océano. La cubierta inferior trasera tiene más de 24 pies de ancho y más de 46 pies de largo. Un montón de espacio para disponer y relajarse.

    Buena cocina y totalmente amueblado con todo lo que necesita si planea cocinar. Nueva mesa con capacidad para 6.

    Cómodos muebles de sala, dos sillones reclinables y TV ... siéntese en el estudio y mire las olas.

    WiFi / internet inalámbrico y cable incluido

    En la planta baja hay un dormitorio de matrimonio con acceso a la cubierta trasera y también hay un baño completo.

    Arriba, encontrará dos habitaciones de matrimonio y acceso a la cubierta superior con una increíble vista al mar. Un tercer dormitorio con una cama completa con vista al mar. Hay dos baños adicionales arriba también.

    Una de las habitaciones de la reina tiene acceso a una terraza privada trasera y un área con literas. Área de literas tiene su propia televisión.

    Ducha exterior con agua caliente y fría. Amplia zona debajo de la casa…. Un montón de espacio para estacionamiento para hasta 5 coches.

    No Fumar. Sin mascotas. No hay fiestas en casa. El alquiler está destinado solo a familias que deben ser 25 para alquilar.

    Ocean Lakes es una comunidad cerrada, abierta las 24 horas, de seguridad y vigilada, con una multitud de comodidades. Ocean Lakes está ubicado en Myrtle Beach y es el campamento más completo frente al mar en la costa este. Con casi una milla de playa privada, cuenta con ocho lagos de agua dulce, un centro de recreación con actividades supervisadas para niños, tales como campamentos de día, paseos en bomberos y actividades en el patio de recreo. Las instalaciones en el campamento incluyen una piscina cubierta climatizada, una piscina olímpica al aire libre y tres piscinas para niños. Great location in OL host responds quickly. Our only couple issues and the were minor and were fixed in a speedy manor. Was the cable and internet was out. Was able to share internet on an additional property of the owner and cable man was out following day. Golf cart that comes just needed a tune up. The owner worked quickly to resolve both issues. I don’t give fault but praise on how it was handed and corrected. We would be grateful to stay again at one or more of his properties.

Perfect Location

Beautiful view from the deck of the ocean which is only a 20 second walk from the house along with great weather made our family vacation for the week perfect. The house had everything we needed for our vacation and you can’t beat the price for a place that’s practically on the beach.

Great place and short walk to beach. Not only was it a short distance to the beach you could set on deck and see and hear ocean too. Large space inside and out.

Great views! I would stay again. Needs major deep cleaning and maintenance issues with kitchen cabinets, mold in main bathroom, carpet nasty and dirty couches! Was concerned renting toward end of season. May should talk a week off a month to clean

Wonderful vacation!

We had 3 couples staying here and we had a great week. The location was fabulous so close to the ocean. The beds were comfortable and plenty of towels. We could have used some hand towels and dish towels but wasn’t that important. The owner of this property was very responsive when I had questions. Thanks for the opportunity to stay!!!!

Relaxing Retreat

Great memories were made in and around this home on our week's stay! Ease and convenience along with the sounds of the waves and the views of the water all added to be a wonderful experience. A couple small hiccups which were quickly remedied by the homeowners just added to the memories made. With 4 decks, each of us had a private space as well as a huge outdoor deck where we could all gather. Beach access was so close we were able to come back and forth often for snacks, drinks and sunscreen. My family looks forward to coming down again.

Unexpected situation made pleasant by a fabulous host

Hurricane Debbie cut our stay short but I can't say enough great things about the host and the house. The location of the house was perfect for our group ranging from teens that were allowed to walk around and preteens that had to be accompanied by adults. The set up of the house was great. We really enjoyed all the outdoor space with views the decks provided. The host is what made this unexpected short stay something positive. He was so responsive with every little question I had without being frustrated because I had a lot. He then worked with us to make having to leave early a little less painful. We will definitely be staying here and at his other property next door.

Family vacation

This house ruined our family vacation. The owner greeted us as we pulled into the driveway and was sure to tell us he is one of the owners. He then proceeded to look for the golf cart keys that should have been ready on our arrival. The house appeared to not be cleaned. The floors were disgusting, the carpets were stained and gross, the couches were stained brown, the cabinets smelled as though a chemical was sprayed prior to our arrival, the dishes were all greasy ( possibly a chemical) and the shower floors were stained brown. The faucet in the kitchen needs to be replaced and started leaking water during our stay. The owner did get a plumber to look at the sink promptly, but that was just one more additional annoyance we dealt with. We found a total of 4 dead cockroaches on the kitchen floor during our stay. I did reach out to the owner and the response via email was "my father said he would refund you the remainder of the week if you want to leave. Let me know what you want to do" We never received an apology for the condition of the house. I have rented multiple house through VRBO and they have all been immaculate. I have never rented a house that was as disgusting as this house.

Paradise

The Hilton’s were great people to rent from. They answered any questions immediately. We were a group of 8 ranging in age from 54 to 86 and this place couldn’t have been in a better location for us. The sunrise views from the amazing decks are breathtaking.

Great vacation at a great house!

We had an amazing time on our vacation at this beautiful beach house! The location cannot be beat, and the outdoor space on the deck is incredible! The house had everything we could want or need, and communication with Ronnie was great. We hope to rent this house again in the future!

Amazing Views

Had another amazing time in Ocean Lakes and this house was in a prime location. Being at the beach you want to sit outside and see the water and this house offered that. There was both a front and huge back deck and both had amazing views of the ocean. Home had everything you would need for cooking meals and loved that the house came with a gas grill. Highly recommend this house - the views alone are worth it!

Steps from the beach!

We had a great week at this beautiful beach house. We spent most of our time while at the house on the large decks. The beach is so close we didn’t need to take much with us, if we needed anything we could walk back to the house in a couple minutes.

Close proximity to the beach, perfect views and a great atmosphere to hang out and chill all week! The owner was very accommodating with all our needs and ocean lakes was a great time! Made great memories and would love to come back next year!

Always an enjoyable time at this property. Owner is very easy to communicate with and to work with. The outside back deck is the very BEST in the park! This was not our first time at this property and we will return !
