We have been staying at Ocean Lakes for over 20 years and we love this entire family campground. This is our first time booking with Cindy via VRBO and what an easy and delightful process she made it for our family. We came with 12 of us. Cindy had a full spread cupcakes, gorgeous fruit bowl and homemade bread to welcome us. The house is beautiful and just steps away from the beach. You can see the water from several rooms and the balcony. There is a fully stocked kitchen (not food), everything you need for the beach so no need to drag all your chairs from home!! There are 4 rooms upstairs and one downstairs 3 bathrooms. We ( Grandparents) stayed downstairs all the kids were upstairs! It’s very spacious. Washer and dryer works great as well! This house has everything you need! Cindy is amazing and answered all my questions anytime I needed her. It helps that she is well known and well respected at the park! You really cannot go wrong if you have a big group. Also, the outdoor shower came in handy after a Long Beach day with all the kids!! It’s a great house. We also used both Golf carts.

Large dining room table! Perfect for family meals and game nights!

Amazing Stay! Perfect location

We spent a week at this fantastic property for a local tournament. It was steps to the beach, super clean, well stocked and the location was perfect. We loved being in the south part of the property and not having to navigate the busier areas. The home had everything we needed and more. The kids loved the available fishing, water park and beach. The only time we left the property was to go to our games or the supermarket. We had no reason to leave otherwise since there is so much to do at the resort. The campground is huge and the golf cart helped us get around easily to visit the other families from our team also staying on property. Cindy the owner was an awesome host, answered texts or calls and made our stay even better with the baked goods and treats. Everyone is looking forward to going back again.

Great Location

House was amazing and met our needs perfectly. Host was great and left sweet treats for our family. One word of advice… if you have never been there, be sure to rent the golf carts! Ocean Lakes is huge! We enjoyed and our stay and is looking forward to booking another vacation there!

Wonderful vacation!

This house was lovely! It met our needs and was in a great location. The owners were so kind and were available and responsive during our entire stay. They welcomed us with fresh fruit, muffins and cupcakes which was such a nice treat! Would definitely book this house again!

Great vacation, home and host!

We really enjoyed our week here! We had all of our family there for the trip (9 total) with plenty of space. It is in a great location to the beach and a great part of Ocean Lakes. The house was clean and perfect for what we needed. Cindy was so great! She greeted us with special treats and was quick to help with anything we needed! We look forward to staying here again in the future!

Lots of room for everyone and the perfect location

We had the best time this week. Cindy was extremely helpful and even had cupcakes, fruit, homemade muffins and a welcome sign waiting for us when we arrived. The house was spacious and had lots of room for our family of 8 And a toddler to spread out and enjoy our vacation. The house was a very short walk to the beach. We would def. Stay here again!

Great Family Vacation!!

Really enjoyed our stay here! 4 adults and five kids and plenty of room for everyone. House well very well stocked with all you may need. The resort itself had lots to keep the kids occupied during down times even during off season. House was only a one minute walk to the beach. You could see ocean from front deck which was great! Cindy the owner was easy to communicate with and kind. Would definitely recommend to friends and family! Thanks for hosting us in your great beach home!!

Spring break getaway 2024

Host Cindy is easy and always available to communicate with. We had fresh fruit, muffins and cupcakes waiting for us at check-in. House was exactly as listed, very clean and has everything needed for preparing meals. Weather cooperated most of the time but cool temps and wind didnt allow for much beach time. Thanks Cindy.

A great off-season beach stay with multiple generations

We rented this house to have enough space for all of us - my parents, siblings and spouses, and our children. It was close to the beach (4-5 houses away, less than a block, and visible from the porch), and the amenities of the "campground" were great: indoor pool, 2 playgrounds, grocery store and cafe on site, etc. The house itself had everything needed for a big group; we cooked most dinners at the house. 3 full bathrooms (and an outdoor shower!) also made everything easier. The beds were comfortable, and the whole house was very convenient. I'd recommend this house to anyone!

Felt like home

You cannot find a better host. She made us feel like family and went above and beyond with treats. The home is immaculate and was just an overall fantastic experience. The location is superb with anything we wanted less than 20 minutes away.

Best host ever

Our host was great. She greeted us when we got there and was very responsive during our stay. The house was exactly what we needed. It was full of lots of extras, was very clean, and beautifully decorated. It is 4 houses from the beach and just far enough away from the entertainment area to be quiet. Would definitely stay again.
