We had trouble with our TV, but maintenance came up and fixed it for us. Also, all the Best Westerns seem to be far behind in the plug-ins for all our electronic needs. "Really beautiful hotel, nicely renovated. Waterpark is so amazing. Perfect for kids who are big enough to navigate the slides on their own. My 5 year old nephew had no issues riding by himself. And fun for adults too! Really spacious room and they even had some extra amenities for our dog in the room which was a cute extra. Would absolutely be back."

"I arrived at the hotel to check in and when I presented my debit card, I was informed they do not take debit as payment! They only take credit cards! I found this very inconvenient. I had my mother's credit card to use in an emergency, but as she was not traveling with me, they would not accept it without her written authorization. Verbal authorization was not good enough either. It had to be a signed authorization through email. A huge inconvenience."

"Room wasn’t clean, air conditioning didn’t work, hair dryer didn’t work. Not a good hotel at all. Will never stay here again."

"Everything was great except that the day I arrived they'd apparently had some issue where the kitchen was temporarily closed. A couple of days later they had a limited menu, which was good. They have great french fries and I had a chicken caesar wrap as well. The kitchen problem was the only issue. I've stayed there before and I would stay there again. The staff is very friendly and helpful."
