"Dune Our Thing" is a custom built, luxurious, oceanfront home. Marvel in the breathtakingly beautiful, unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean. This 8-bedroom, 8-bathroom home that comfortably accommodates 19 guests will surely exceed all the needs of your family. Take a dip in your large 15'6ft x 30ft private pool with built-in hot tub!

This pristine oceanfront home leaves no detail behind! Enjoy being just a few short steps away from the soft Holden Beach sand or enjoy a dip in your large private pool. Carefully situated on the 1st floor you will find 3 bedrooms, 3 baths and a large, open kitchen, living and dining room with an abundance of natural lighting. Bedroom #1 offers a King bed, private bathroom and views of the glistening ocean with access to the covered deck. Bedroom #2 offers a King bed, private bathroom and views of the soft sands of Holden Beach, with access to the covered deck. Bedroom #3 offers a Queen bed with a shared hall bath. Enjoy cooking tasty meals in the well-stocked kitchen that is sure to have the chef in your family begging not to leave. Make meal time, family time eating together in the large dining room. Take the entertainment into the living room and claim your throne in an intense game of UNO! On the 2nd floor you will be greeted by 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms. Bedrooms #4, #5 & #6 all offer King beds, private baths and access to the covered deck overlooking the shore. Bedroom #7 offers 2 Queen beds (sleeping 4) with a private bath. Bedroom #8 offers Full/Full bunkbeds with a private bath. On the 2nd floor you will also enjoy a secondary entertainment room, perfectly situated for the younger crowd to enjoy their own getaway.

With many places to retreat to you will find this to be the perfect vacation destination. This home is sure to have you returning year after year!

Pool heater may be available from Labor Day to Memorial Day upon advance request only, with pool heating fee of $500 plus tax, paid in advance. Pools are cleaned prior to arrival, and also cleaned mid-stay for 7 night rentals. PLEASE NOTE: The spa and pool heater cannot run at the same time and will be set on a schedule for your stay. The spa will turn on and begin heating at sundown until midnight. If pool heat is added to your reservation, it will heat between sunrise and sundown.

NOTE: This property has an exterior video-only security camera which is monitored on check-in and check-out days only.

Doing Our Thing

This house is new, so all furniture is in good shape and comfortable. House is next to a beach access which turned out to be not that bad. The views out the back of the ocean are gorgeous. The elevator worked great upon our arrival, but on the last day, it did not work at all.

Great for large family

Very spacious open floor plan. Nice bedrooms and bathrooms. Great pool, awesome beach location. 2 sets of fridges, dishwashers, washers and dryers- just need a larger stove top - we make all meals in-cook as a family- double islands allowed plenty of room for many people in the kitchen at the same time. Highly recommend.
