Pier View has the best view of the pier on the beach! It's almost like being oceanfront with the unobstructed view across the street of the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. This cozy beach cottage is well maintained and comfortable, with an additional ocean side sunroom. Convenient mid-island location to stores, commercial area, and to the fishing pier. So grab your fishing poles and plan on a vacation week of fun in the sun at this great house. Other amenities included: enclosed outside shower w/H&C water, upstairs covered porch, lower level sun deck, porch rockers & chairs, 3 HDTVs, DVD player, and wireless internet. Beach access directly across the street at 467W. 4 Bedrooms, 3 Baths, Sleeps 9. BR#1- 1 Queen (UP) w/attached bath, BR#2- 1 Double, 1 Twin (UP) w/attached bath, BR#3- 1 Queen (DN), BR#4- 1 Double (DN). NO PETS.

Great House

This is a wonderful property. It is in a great location directly across from the beach 60 second walk. The general store and beach shop are within 200 yds. of the house. Some parts of the house need a little work but are easily overlooked. Careful of the front rail on the deck. It's a little loose. We will stay here again. Plenty of room for lots of family and friends.

Very poor experience

Although the location and view are great, this house is very poorly kept. There were multiple rusty items, 2 of which broke on us during the stay, dead roach carcuses upon arrival and we got blamed for breaking the dishwasher when it broke on us! Instead of offering to compensate for any of these problems during our stay, they withheld our deposit! Do NOT stay here!

Close to beach

This location is *literally* directly across from the public access and you can see the water from the house. Beautiful view! The RV park is across the street, but was interesting to see the activity of people coming and going! Grocery very convenient when you need a last-minute bag of ice, etc. Kitchen is much bigger than it seems in the photos - the island is huge. We had a great time and would definitely rebook this property for a future vacation.
