The Graham Sport is a family-friendly,comfortable oceanfront beach house in Holden Beach, NC. Conveniently located 30 minutes from the charming fishing village of Southport, NC, 45 minutes from historic Wilmington, NC, and 45 minutes from bustling N. Myrtle Beach, SC, Holden Beach has something to offer individuals of all ages. The house is open and livable with ample seating for large groups. The baths were recently updated with new tile floors and showers. The primary main level bedroom offers a newly renovated full bath. All five bedrooms feature full baths, ceiling fans and flat screen televisions. The kitchen with new granite countertop is fully equipped to feed your army of hungry mouths.

Our four decks will satisfy the most dedicated sunbather. But your best entertainment is just a few steps to the beautiful, wide sandy beach Holden offers. Less than a mile from the western end of the island, shell collecting or long walks on a sunlit day will satisfy the young and old. Memories to last a lifetime are yours to enjoy at The Graham Sport.

The home was roomy, clean and nicely appointed. We travel to Holden Beach every year for the past 40 plus years the NCAA Men's Basketball tournament. The home had TVs in each BR and a large screen TV in the living area which was perfect. Thank you Phoebe for a wonderful weekend and we hope to rent your property again March 2027.

Great location and large decks with a lot of seating area. House was well equipped. It was the best equipped kitchen that I have seen in my 10 years of renting on Holden! Nice long private walkway to the beach. Large living space. Exceptionally clean. Not noted in the write up was that there is an extra fridge, beach chairs, beach toys and 2 bikes in the storage area. This house is perfect for a large group.

This year we were surprised with some new additions and enjoyable adds (Two additional bathrooms...each bedroom now has own bath) The space is family friendly and the covered deck is awesome! The best

We all loved our stay at this beautiful, spacious house! So comfortable, well-stocked kitchen, great furniture, AMAZING deck and walkway to beach. Could not have been better! Each member of our family said “this is the best place we’ve ever stayed”. We had a wonderful time.

Beach vacation

Enjoyed our time in Holden Beach. Great house in a great location. Plenty of beds and didnt have to share rooms. We didn't use them but it does come with bikes, chairs, and beach toys. Highly recommend!

decent place, good location

The house was clean and in good shape, as was the walkway down to the beach. The biggest problem was when we arrived, the upstairs smelled very strongly of insecticide, and the stench lingered all week despite attemps to air out those rooms. I’m glad we didn’t have insects but if I had other options I would not have stayed there. it can’t possibly have been healthy to inhale that all night.

Perfect for Large Family

The Graham Sport was the perfect size, location, and layout for our family vacation. The house is well maintained, updated, and clean. We loved the rocking chair porch where we enjoyed family time during our mornings and evenings. Having a place that is accessible with no stairs to the beach was a bonus!

Location, location, location

It is a 5 mile drive to get to the bridge to go anywhere. restaurants, shopping, etc. But the beach is very open and private. There are many trade offs and driving 5 miles away from the bridge to get to a mostly private beach is well worth it. This home is handicapped accessible and allows someone with mobility issues to enjoy independence. 2bedrooms with king size beds also make it comfortable for our 6’5” family members. This is my 3rd time at this house and if I am going back to Holden again, I will stay here again.

Great place for all ages.

We had such a good time at this house. So comfortable for all, including young grandchildren. We didn’t have to worry about any steps going to the beach, flat boardwalk all the way to the sand. The bedrooms were great as well as the common areas. There was plenty of room for the little ones to move around. We could not have asked for anymore.

1st time at Holden Beach

Our family had a wonderful vacation at the Graham Sport House! The house was exactly as described. Furnished very well, with comfortable furniture. Kitchen was fully stocked. Plenty of room for the 7 of us to move around. The handicapped ramp was perfect for my elderly parents. We enjoyed sitting on the covered back deck and soaking in the beautiful scenery.

Wonderful weekend away!

This long weekend of r and r was exactly what my family needed and in the perfect location, no less. The house is cozy and comfortable, stocked with everything you could need. Plenty of space for two families staying and safe for children to run around. Staying beachfront is always important to us and this house fit the bill perfectly! We were able to leave our belongings on the beach while we ran up to the house for lunch and it was perfectly located for morning sunrise and evening sunset strolls. We will be back! This house was perfect for us!
