Holden Beach Trip
Really liked the house, kids loved it, house is in great shape, relaxing, great views with really great amenities. Property management company communicates well and is very responsive. Would definitely stay again / recommend to family/friends. We give it an A+!

It was nice but needs shades on all 3 doors. King bed is very uncomfortable. Also one lamp in the bedroom wasnt working. A recliner in the livingbroom would have been nice where you could put your feet up.

Beautiful location
We very much enjoyed our stay at this house. It was clean and well appointed. We especially enjoyed sitting on the front porch/balcony where we could see the ocean (or, at night, hear it). We liked the location and that the neighborhood was so quiet (we were there in early March). We chose the house because it is dog-friendly. We lost our 13-year old pup just before our scheduled arrival and decided to go ahead and make the trip. It was a good decision. This house was a wonderful place to grieve his absence. We would definitely stay here again.

Great house!
This house was perfect for quick getaway for us. Had a work space for my husband and private beach access across the street was perfect. Loved this house and will rent again. Was going to rent again in Oct but unfortunately it was booked for the dates we needed. Very neat and clean. Linens were included and beds already made was a huge huge plus!

Great get away!
We had a wonderful time staying at daydreamer. The house was clean, had outside footwash/shower, and easy access to the beach which was pleasantly uncrowded for a holiday weekend. There was no lack in communication about our stay and check in/check out procedures. Appreciated that we were notified about being able to check in early. Would love to come back again!

1st row with Ocean View!
We had about a 10-15 min. delay getting in at 4:00 because management decided to send the cleaning crew in a second time to clean more as the previous renters must have had some very furry pets! Lol, so we were thankful they did that and the place was very clean. Also very comfortable beds in all rooms. Also very comfortable seating in the family room to hang out and watch movies together at night. Kitchen had all we needed for nights to cook and eat in. There is still a vacant lot oceanfront and diagonal to this property which makes for a wonderful ocean view from the deck. Deck is partially covered to have nice shade most of the day. We enjoyed the deck in the mornings to rock in the rockers with our first cup of coffee and enjoy the ocean before making the trek down there for the day. Overall would most definitely stay there again and again!! Thank you for a lovely place for us to enjoy our summer beach week!

Not great but not terrible
Property nice, great location to the beach. The actual house was pretty dirty and we spent a good amount of time cleaning, especially vacuuming up other dogs hair. The traffic outside was bad. I was shocked at how loud the cars going by were and it made it unenjoyable to sit out there, and definitely couldnt even hear the ocean.The kitchen was fairly stocked but just about no spices, the dishwasher didnt clean super well, and the knives super dull. The size of the house was good though, we had 3 adults, 2 dogs, and 2 kids. We did love having a shower house outside to get all the sand off before coming inside. Check in was easy too. The house just needs better maintenence in our opinion.

What a great Vacation Getaway Home!
The property was extremally clean. We arrived a little earlier than our check in time. The cleaners were still there, they offered to let us go in if we needed too. They also offered to help us carry our luggage in, we declined but just to have the offer was amazing. We were only feet from the sand. It was a great getaway. The house was quite, we never heard the traffic outside. We definitely enjoyed our time. We found lots of shells and sea biscuits and were able to relax. It was one of our best trips to Holden Beach. I definitely recommend this property for a great vacation.

LOVELY!
The propery location could only be better if it were ocean front, but we could still see the ocean from the large balcony. We were there to celebrate my mother's 90th birthday. There were a couple of things missing that would have made the stay just a bit better. Garbage bags and dishwashing soap (both types). I will defiantely plan to stay again.

Only two real issues: Property was not cleaned well, could use a deep cleaning badly---TV system is not user friendly and did not allow for local programing and some national programs.

Close to the beach....but also the bridge
Walkway to the beach is right across the street (good). Home is near the bridge from mainland to the island, so there is a lot of street traffic going by the house (not so good).

Great weekend at the beach
Overall the we enjoyed the house and location. Some sheets for the beds were missing but the property manager came right away with them. The only complaint I have is the trash cans outside were overflowing and it smelt bad. Cleanliness of the house could have been better - dirty floors, fingerprints on tables/doors, and moldy shower curtains.

Early May Getaway
We had a WONDERFUL stay here. It was our first beach trip with our two Australian Shepherd pups and it was everything we could have asked for. Home was very clean, kitchen was well stocked with any equipment we needed. Private beach access is directly across from the home making the trek easy. Traffic at this time of year was minimal even though we were so close to the bridge, which made it quick and easy to run out for groceries, dinner, ice cream, etc. Front porch is perfect for sitting out all night, and is gated all around so the dogs can roam freely. We had a bit of an issue with one of our pups making a snack out of a pillow (dogs will be dogs) but the property manager and owner were extremely understanding and easy to work with to make it right. 100% look forward to booking this place again!!

Perfect little beach place with easy easy easy access to the beach right across the street. It is busy but as expected being near the bridge to the island. Cleanest rental beach property I’ve stayed at so far. I do wish the grill was able to be used but it was very rusty and old but that’s it. Great restaurants nearby!
