New to PROACTIVE Vacations! "Mocean Granted" for the perfect Holden Beach vacation! Located on the popular East End of the island, this 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath home is perched directly on the ocean's edge, with the most amazing views of the shimmering Atlantic Ocean!

"Mocean Granted" is bright and spacious, with comfortable furnishings and decorated with a coastal feel throughout. The open-concept living room/dining room/kitchen combination is large enough for the entire family to relax and unwind. The well-equipped kitchen is complete with updated countertops, flooring, and stainless steel appliances, and provides the perfect space for creating tasty homecooked meals.

Accommodating up to 10 guests, Bedroom #1 is located on the 1st floor, offering a King bed, TV, ceiling fan, ocean views, and has a private full bath with double vanity and shower only. Bedroom #2 is located on the 2nd floor, offering a Twin/Full bunk bed, TV, ceiling fan, street view, and shares a full hall bath with a tub/shower combo. Bedroom #3 is located on the 2nd floor, offering a Queen bed, TV, ceiling fan, balcony access with ocean views, and shares a full hall bath with tub/shower combo. Bedroom #4 is located on the 2nd floor, offering a Queen bed, TV, ceiling fan, street view, and shares a full hall bath with tub/shower combo. Bedroom #5 is located on the 2nd floor offering a Full bed, TV, ceiling fan, couch, balcony access with ocean views, and shares a full hall bath with tub/shower combo.
You will appreciate the sitting area on the second floor, with cable TV.

With your private walkway to the beach, you will quickly have your toes in the sand! Walk to the Golden Holden mailbox of memories while looking for the perfect seashells and sharks teeth, or take your fishing gear for some of the best surf fishing in the area! After your day on the beach, wash away the sun and sea in the enclosed outdoor shower, complete with hot & cold water. Enjoy relaxing on the covered deck while listening to the sounds of the waves crashing ashore, or lounge in the sun on the open top deck. The sheets on the bed didn’t fit well! We could have used more comfortable seating in the living area for all 10 of us. Love the cream colored pots and pans!! Overall the house was perfect!!

Great location. Plenty of space . The view is spectacular! The location is great. Would reccomend a few additional pillows for master downstairs. House was perfect for all of us. Its updated and loved it! Grill needs replacing couldnt use.

Problem with sheets not fitting and unable to get for 2 days. Inadequate glass wear. Mold on all shower curtains. Great size refrigerator. Nice selections of pots and pans. Great panty storage area.

Great location

This house provided the perfect accommodations for this family of 12. We spent much of our time sitting on the covered deck enjoying the ocean view! Since we had toddlers with us my only suggestion would be to install a baby gate at the end of the deck. Steps to the beach and parking for 5 cars what more could you ask for!
