  • Pretty as a peach - "Holden Peach"! Wonderful 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath Oceanfront, sun-filled home with covered porches and sun deck to enjoy spectacular ocean views, as well as marsh views!

    Your vacation begins the minute you walk into this bright and sunny oceanfront home. Accommodating up to 10 people comfortably, featuring a king master bedroom, two queen bedrooms, one queen bedroom with twin and a secondary living area with a daybed. All bedrooms have their own private bath, including a walk in shower on the 1st floor. The sun drenched kitchen, dining and living area are so open that every angle has a view of the sparkling blue Atlantic. You will find a fully equipped kitchen to surely meet all your mealtime needs. A private walkway to the ocean has you putting your toes in the sand immediately or rock away your day on the three covered porches and sun deck. After your day on the beach, enjoy washing away the sand and sea in the outdoor shower. Flat Screen TVs, books, puzzles, games and movies are offered in this home for further entertainment. This home has a "No Tenant Pet Policy".

We loved everything about his home! Great spot for two families. Has everything you could possibly need and then some. Great selection of movies and games. Booked the same house, for the same week, next year!

Beautiful well equipped home. Fantastic location.

We were sad to have to leave this gorgeous home due to the threat of Hurricane Debbie. Wish we could’ve stayed the entire week. But Mother Nature won out. We’ll be back!!

Wonderful

Holden Peach is a real gem. Perfect for our group of 6 adults. Extremely clean, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need and more! Easy access to the beach. Everyone loved this house!! (One minor discrepancy with the description of the bathrooms. A bathroom with a walk-in shower is listed, but all 4 bathrooms have tub/shower combo.)

Total R & R

The home layout worked perfectly for us and our 3 sons. They each had their own room. The first floor was open with gorgeous windows and the coverage on the deck was essential. The walk to the beach was so short just over the dunes and the beach in front of our home was quiet and reserved for us. We'd love to come back but we are getting a puppy! ENJOY :0)

Great Spring Break

What a wonderful house to rent on the beach. Everything you need to cook is fully stocked in the kitchen. Plenty of room for all of us. Perfect location to stores and markets. Plenty of parking for 6 vehicles. Would stay there again. 5 stars

Location

This is the second year we stayed at this property. The location and size of the house were both ideal. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom and allowed for privacy. The common spaces were open and large enough for the 8 of us. Kitchen nicely stocked with everything needed to cook. Dining room table was perfect for a large group. Property, although clean, had some minor issues related to housekeeping (personal items from prior renters left in the drawers, bedding was dirty). But we will definitely be back again next year.

This is a very nice property, well constructed, decorated and outfitted, and maintained. Only steps away from a great beach, convienent to the island and mainland. Enjoyed the sunrise and sunset on either end of the island

Great Beach Trip

There's little to say that hasn't been said in all of the other 5 star reviews. Quite simply a wonderful beach house, extremely well appointed and cared for. We enjoyed every minute and look forward to returning.

Holden Peach

House and location were great. My only complaints were that the heat was turned completely off for our early spring rising, so when we arrived and the house was FREEZING. Took a couple of hours to bring it up to a comfortable temperature. Second, most rental homes we have stayed in have allowed you to load the dishwasher and run it before leaving, but this house would not allow you to leave anything in the dishwasher. Makes breakfast on the morning of checkout a real pain trying to keep up with washing, drying and putting dishes away. Otherwise, the house was very comfortable and the beach set up is fantastic.

We had a wonderful stay at Holden Peach. The house was very clean, excellent location, wonderful deck, plenty of room to spread out. We have stayed at VRBOs around the world, and this house was one of the best equipped- all the kitchen gadgets and appliances one could ask for.

Absolutely wonderful

We had such a wonderful stay at this well appointed home. Each bedroom has their own bath, tons of room and gorgeous view of the beach from the windows and decks. The short walk to the clean lovely beach was so nice. Would come again in a minute! Thank you for the special memories.

Outstanding week!

We just loved the Holden Peach! The home is perfectly appointed on Holden Beach. It is a walk away from the the pier, bike ride away from the fish market, and very close to the inter coastal where we could also fish. The house is very well maintained with every kitchen item one needs and new furnishings throughout.

Great place on a great quiet beach!

Large house to fit a rather large group. I'd say the listing pictures actually doesn't do the house justice. Tons of room to spread out. Kitchen is loaded with enough dishes and utensils, and has any cookware you might need. The walk to water is super short and there are 2 showers to hose off sand. Beds are all rather comfortable and great sheets were included in our week stay. House is very sturdy and quiet. There are very few disappointments here if any at all.
