Come have a "Mai Tai Good Time" with the whole family at this cozy beach cottage just a 5min drive from Holden Beach! The large fenced backyard is very private, has outdoor seating, and is perfect for kids and pets! Plenty of beds to bring friends or for multiple families, HUGE outdoor shower, and a fire pit. We keep the wood stocked for you!

We have bikes, beach chairs, and kayaks to use during your stay. The home has enough space to park your boat if you want to go joy riding or fishing!! The house is cozy and has a great open concept so that everyone can enjoy. There is a main bathroom with a shower and a half bath in the master. The master bedroom has a King sized bed and then second bedroom has Queen. The bunkroom has Full over Full beds with an additional trundle bed!!

The house has a full kitchen, great laundry setup for after beach days, and plenty of places to lay around. In the fenced backyard you can enjoy the fire pit and you will find bikes, kayaks, and chairs in the shed. The front porch is also amazing and has more bottle openers than you need, but makes it a great place to have a beer and relax!

Home was beautiful. Close to the beach. Simple check in and out. Well stocked with everything you. would need. Beds were super comfy. We will definitely stay again. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Owner was great at communicating. Bonus we all loved the super comfy chair in the living room.

Our second year staying here for daughter’s dance competition. We absolutely love to stay here! The location is perfect and made it easy to get everywhere we needed to go. The layout of the home is great and very comfortable for our stay. Everything is exceptionally clean, and we really appreciated the privacy the property offered. The host was also wonderful—communication is easy and quick the entire time. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We enjoyed our stay very much. It’s approx 5 min drive to the beach so it’s very convenient and at an affordable price. We didn’t bring a dog with us but it would be a great place for your pet since it has a fenced in back yard. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. Also, the communication with the owner could not have been easier. Recommend this cute beach cottage.

Everything was perfect!! The host was great! Everything we needed was provided as advertised. We even had access to all the movie channels/streaming which was great for evening tv options. Fun Family Vacation

This was the perfect property for our yearly Holden trip. I loved the open concept of the living room & kitchen, and cooking on the gas stove. The outside shower was very convenient & got used frequently as we are frequent beach goers. Including beach chairs, boogie boards, bikes, firewood and kayaks was so thoughtful & ensured we could always have something to do. The fenced in yard was absolutely perfect to allow our 2 special needs children & small dog to play outside under supervision, but with a little less worry. Lovely decorations & and beautiful hardwood floors. The host was very easy to get in touch with & extremely accomadating. I would definitely reccomens this wonderful house.

We enjoyed our stay at Mai Tai Good time. Our short trip brought us there on business but we felt right at home at the house. The description was spot on and the owner was more than gracious in working with us. The house was cozy, spacious and our fur baby loved the back yard.

Great Beach Stay!

This property is clean, well maintained and has everything you need. A toaster oven in a rental house was a great treat for us! Beds were comfy. We stayed in wintertime so cannot comment on outdoor equipment but the neighborhood is nice and quiet and the beach is not too far a drive. Our son loved the huge TV. The owner was very responsive. Overall this was a great trip and we are grateful for such a nice place to stay.

Christmas vacation

This was our 2nd time staying at Mai Tai. We were visiting to spend Christmas with my family. We set up a tree and decorated the house, which made my wife and daughters extremely happy. As my wife kept saying, the house is very cozy. Truely enjoyed and appreciated our stay. Thanksm

Perfect little beach house

The host is easy to contact. The check in and out process was very easy! We took my dog and he had plenty of room outside in the fenced in backyard. The beds are comfortable and there’s a recliner in the living room that is so comfy your body just stinks into it! It is close to the beach, shopping and dining places. I plan to return again soon. I highly recommend this house with all the extras that come with it!

Hidden Gem in Holden!

We just returned home from our short stay at this WONDERFUL property! The backyard was completely fenced for our dogs, the fire pit was great with plenty of wood to burn. The location was perfect, everything was within a 5 minute drive. Accommodations were comfortable and beach honey. The outdoor shower was amazing! We will certainly return for a longer stay next time! 10 out of 10 stars!!!
