  • Wonderful open floor plan, beautifully decorated house located on the intercoastal waterway in Holden Beach. Bring you boat or enjoy a day of fishing off the dock.. Home has a very open living area and is surrounded by many porches and viewing areas. There is a wonderful crow's nest that can be used to take in the amazing sunsets. Walking distance to beach, marina, shops and restaurants 3 spacious bedrooms and a loft area provide comfortable accommodations for 10 guests.

We had a great experience staying here!! We loved being on the inner coastal with a dock but also walking distance from the beach! It’s a great location and such a clean, nice space! Would recommend this house to anyone and would definitely stay here again!

First stay at Holden Beach

Great location, convenient to beach, shops and restaurants. Owner was very responsive to our needs. The grill is extremely small but would definitely recommend this property.

Great getaway!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean, well stocked with kitchen items, and was in a perfect location! Walkable to beach and restaurants. The best part was the dock out to the intercoastal! It was perfect for fishing with all the kids!

Great house for a family vacation!

We loved our time here! The house was open and great for our little one to toddle around. It was close to the beach, playground and restaurants. At the end of the day, we enjoyed sitting outside in the evening and watching the sunset.

Wonderful vacation

Very nice. We loved the boardwalk and dock on the sound. The walk to the beach wasn’t bad at all. The house was very comfortable and nicely decorated. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay, the house is comfortable snd had ecerything we needed. We enjoyed relaxing on the dock and the porch. Host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Would definitely rent again!

Great house right on the intercostal waterway! Comfortable & clean. The trundle beds in the twin room weren’t useable — the room’s large center nightstand prevented them from opening fully. We had counted on these beds for our party, so we had to pull the mattresses out of the trundles & use them on the floors of other rooms. Also, beware of the front porch floor - it gave two people in our group splinters. The front porch chairs were both rotten and had giant holes in the back. These issues were minor annoyances and didn’t prevent us from enjoying the house and the area. We had a blast!

This is a great property. Jon is an amazing host. When we arrived, the power was out due to some weather related issues. The owner had an electrician come right out to the house to assist. Great service.

Awesome Stay!!

The house couldn’t have been better! The bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice and spacious, the kitchen had most anything you could need, and the outdoor space the house had was awesome and wonderful! And not to mention the dock with access to the sound! The communication with the property managers was great and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Thanks so much!!

Wonderful stay at Holden Beach.

My family of 5 visited Holden Beach for the first time and stayed at this property. It was a fabulous location to the beach (about .25 mile walk). The property backs up to the intercostal and has truly beautiful views. We buoyed fishing off the dock and watching boats go by. It is also on a street with no outlet on one side so it was very quiet with little car or foot traffic. The owners were very quick to respond to questions and left a sweet gift for us. We would definitely rent this property again.

Intercoastal waterway at Holden Beach

Overall the property is in great location. With 2 young children walking to the beach wasn't a great option. but we were able to go later in the afternoon and find parking. There were a few maintenance issues but owners were very responsive. I would have liked to have had the light switches labeled and a instructions for each TV as they were all a little different. Overall we enjoyed our stay for our first time at this beach.
