This 2 story home features an inverted floor plan with large decks. Location is everything with this property, as beach access is directly across the street. Restaurants, a playground, candy store, and ice cream are just a short walk away. Hardwoods are throughout the house and in both master bedrooms. Carpet is located in the three other bedrooms.

The home features two master suites (perfect for multi-families). One each on the second and third floors. The 2nd floor master includes a 60" smart HDTV, while the 3rd floor features a 42' smart HDTV.

- Master on 3rd Floor (1 king bed) En Suite bathroom 42 inch HDTV
- Bedroom on 2nd Floor (1 queen bed) 42 inch smart HDTV (with FireStick) En Suite bathroom
- Bedroom on 2nd floor (twin with trundle)
- Bedroom on 2nd floor (twin with trundle) Shared Jack and Jill style bathroom

Sleeps 10 comfortably

The kitchen located on the top floor is open with stainless appliances, granite counter tops, and an island with bar stool seating for 6. The dining room table seats 8 people comfortably. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare meals from breakfast to dinner.

Adjacent to the kitchen is a serene living area that overlooks the ocean. Electronics include a 65" LED Smart TV and surround sound system.

Wireless High Speed internet and a Gas Grill is also provided.

Perhaps the best features of this home are the large decks off of the front of the house. Enjoy sunbathing on the top floor or just sit and enjoy the beautiful ocean views in one of the provided rocking chairs.

A large private pool is located inside the backyard fence for the ultimate vacation. An outside shower with hot and cold water is adjacent to the pool.

We have installed a pool heater. If you wish to have the pool heated for the entire length of your rental there will be a fee of $275 applied.

Keyless entry lock system so there's no need to carry around keys.

Linens, bath, and hand towels for all bedrooms are provided.

Guests are required to bring or rent beach towels. We do not provide laundry detergent, shampoo or bath soaps.

Holden Beach is the perfect place to relax, read, jog and bike. Stretch out on the long wide beach, fish at the pier, enjoy the water slides or putt putt at the nearby pavilion. Lots of nearby golf courses. If you are lucky, you may see a turtle hatching one night!

We are so excited you chose our beach house. It is our little slice of Heaven and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Holden Beach has been ranked in the top 10 Beaches by National Geographic Smart Traveler and is in the Top 30 overall beaches of the AAA Vacation Travel Journal.

Beautiful home with everything we needed

The beach was beautiful - never crowded. The house offered lots of family gathering room. Really everything we needed was there. It is a beautiful and spacious home. The owners were wonderful to work with - quick communicators - we so appreciated that. Our whole family voted to do it all again as soon as possible.

Great location

Perfect second row house with views to the ocean and beach access right across the street. Pool was great and the artificial turf was a nice touch in the back yard off the pool deck. Spacious living spaces. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect for our family

First time to Holden and we have already rebooked this house. It was right across the street from the beach, kids loved the heated pool and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook and prepare meals. Can't wait to return!

Home away from home!

We have stayed at several beach houses in Holden that were all very nice!! But this one takes the cake! It’s beautiful on the inside, roomy, has everything you need and let me tell you about the view! It’s practically beach front, beautiful!! The pool is the BEST pool that we’ve had! Everything about this place is perfect, it’s definitely a home away from home!! 10 ⭐️s! This house will be our go to home when we are at Holden!! Thank you for the BEST vacation!!

Beautiful house!!

We had such an amazing vacation in Holden and this beautiful home played a huge part in that. It was perfect for our extended family in every way! The kitchen is well stocked and amazing to make big meals and enjoy at the large dining room table. The views from everywhere are beautiful but especially off the second floor deck. The pool was a huge hit and we used it daily. Night swimming was the best with the fun lights and having a yard space to play corn hole was great! The beds were all comfortable. We loved the huge showers in the two master bathrooms and really enjoyed the rain showers. The couch was comfy and perfect for playing games with the family. There were plenty of beach chairs, sand toys, a beach umbrella and a wagon to make bringing things over to the beach easier. It was so nice having the beach access right across the street. The property is exactly as described, and truly exceeded our expectations. Derek and Kimmy were super easy to get ahold of when needed and are very kind! Our only regret is that we didn’t book it for more than one week!! Do not hesitate to stay at this property!

Beautiful home!!

We loved every single thing about our stay!! Easy walk to a beautiful beach. Lots of beach chairs and an umbrella available to use. Wonderfully equipped kitchen. Open, bright floor plan. Lots of roomy bedrooms to accommodate our party of 8. The pool was even better than pictured. The views from the decks were amazing. Our entire party (including the teenagers) were gushing about this stay. The location was close to grocery, beach souvenir shops, and restaurants. Loved it!!

This is a Must Stay Location

My family and I had a great time. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms for everyone. Comfort was not a problem and we spent most evenings gathering in the large kitchen/living area to talk, play games, and watch TV. Got the pool option, which really added to the stay. Could not have been better. I would highly recommend this place. Plenty of room to park, get to the beach easily, and the elevator was a major help.

This house was exactly as listed! Beautiful home and great for the whole family. The stairs were a little scary with little kids, but we found a baby gate which was very helpful! The quick walk to the beach was perfect with kids. The owners were amazing with responding when we had questions, and the pool was great! We will be back ❤️🏖

The house is in the perfect location. Exceptionally clean. Perfect size for our families. Decorated beautifully. Everything was in working order. Beach toys, chairs and a wagon to help out for the beach! We have searched for a repeat location for our beach week and we found it! See you next year!
