"this was the absolute best place to stay in memphis! it’s exactly as shown in the photos, but somehow better? the room’s flourishes were so thoughtful. we were greeted by squirrels in the morning. the hosts were communicative & the whole process was smooth! we will definitely stay here again! oh & the shower.. the water pressure is perfect & the shower gel/hair products smell divine!"

"Great experience. Clean rooms, nice pool. No shampoo in the rooms so either bring your own or you can buy in lobby gift shop. Constant security patrolling the parking area making it feel safe."

"The staff was very nice and helpful, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, the property itself was just okay. You can tell they’ve tried to make renovations, but some of the older parts still show through. It wasn’t terrible, but it also wasn’t great. Overall, would I stay here again? Probably not."

"Nothing here helped me relax. First room was okay, but fridge had food leftover from previous occupant and ceiling leaked over the bedside table. Second room was clearly a smoking room - it reeked of cigarette smoke and linens had cigarette burns. Shower did not work in second room. My police escort requested the room change because the first room was deemed a possible crime scene, but desk clerk was told to gove me this one. Too distraught from my previous evening's experience, I said...

"Nice breakfast with several hot meal menu. Smell of the hall way and room was very unpleasant. Mostlikely moldew smell from carpet and aircondition. Dust at all corners of the room. Iron board has deep stains on and under the surface ruined my cloth when ironing. Need to replace the cover or wash it as needed it. "

"Hotel was dated. Room was clean, but mattress protector was stained. Staff was great and helpful. "

"The first night, the tv stopped showing at 10pm. After informing the front desk, we still didn’t get the tv on.the next morning we went for breakfast at 6:45am and was told that the breakfast person didn’t show for work. There was no cook on site for Saturday breakfast. Saturday morning, we never received any clean sheets or towels.this was our first time in Memphis and it wasn’t good at all. For the amount of money that was spent it should have been better."
