"Great hotel! Will be staying again for my next visit."

"I rated the amenities a 3 only because I was trying to be fair. We did not stay here long. We left within an hour of getting there. I should have known what kind of place this was when I got to the elevator and the metal where the up and down buttons are was pulled away from the wall. We got to the room, and we had our doubts. I went to air conditioner to put some air on in the room, and that was a HUGE mistake. To this day, I don't know what blew threw those vents but it was nasty. Next thing...

"I liked the location (Holly Springs, N.C.) What I disliked was the extreme low water pressure in the bathroom sink (rm. #201). I understand the water saving reasoning, but it was set to come out as a trinkle. This was a pain when you have to wash up in the morning, especially when you want to get out in a hurry. Thus a 4 instead of 5 star rating."

"Great stay. The room was clean. The breakfast was great. There was a waffle maker, cereals, eggs, bacon…Plenty of choices. Overall a great place to stay for a quick getaway."

"The hotel staff was friendly and attentive. However, I was disappointed that housekeeping only cleans the room every two days. Even though I specifically requested daily housekeeping, my room was not serviced as requested. The hotel is also a bit far from most attractions and restaurants, which made getting around less convenient."

"Extremely disappointed with this hotel. The management oversold the rooms, and when my brother arrived, he was told there was no room available despite having a confirmed reservation. This created unnecessary stress and completely disrupted our plans. The staff was unhelpful, unsympathetic, and offered no reasonable solution for a problem they caused. A reservation should guarantee a room, and it's unacceptable for a hotel to sell more rooms than they can accommodate. I would not stay here again...

"The room was OK for what I paid for it. Shower was a bit difficult to manage. Breakfast of muffins and waffles? Nah. Didn't bother. For more than $100, I expect something more than that or cereal. I just slept, woke up and left, so there was nothing special about it."
