"First off, the staff was incredible - he was friendly and helpful. Just interacting with him made me feel comfortable. The reason I gave 4.stars for the property is only because the hallway carpet looked well used. But you could tell they try to upkeep the property as the walls looked nice.

"We had stayed here in February it was okay that's why we returned but this time we weren't able to use the hot tub because there was no towels also the beds were too high for my wife she's disabled the staff was not understanding concerning when my wife she was having medical emergency and transported to the hospital by paramedics when we got back they're very rude and unconcerning about what happened I granted the room was messed but they did give us a new room but I feel very uncomfortable...
