Second year at this location. Excellent value, clean space, and responsive host. Great location and community too with the pools and court. Only update is recommended is trust two of the three bed frames are very squeaky, but the beds are otherwise fine. *note to future renters to have Amazon delivered at a local pickup spot.

We had a great stay. We loved having breakfast on the balcony watching the golfers hit balls into the water. The condo was clean and conveniently located. We would stay again.

Convenient Location

Perfect location for all of our needs! We were able to go to the beach, hang out at the pool, walk to pickle ball, and only a short drive to many great restaurants.

Loved it and would definitely stay again!

Appreciated this clean and comfy condo with everything we expected for the price! Checking in and out was a breeze, as was communication with the host. The parking and pool amenities were also great!

Lee-Ann was super responsive and the unit was even better than pictured. All the amenities, from the kitchenware to the beach gear were like new and more than we thought we wanted and/or needed. Would 100% stay here again!

Les lieux étaient tel que décrits et très confortable, l'endroit était très propre. Nous avions loué la place pour un séjour de golf (3 golfeurs), nous avons adoré l'emplacement pour l'accès aux terrains que nous avions choisit de jouer. Lee-Ann est une hôtesse attentionnée et disponible, nous recommandons cet endroit! Merci pour le beau séjour que nous avons passé. Frank

We had a wonderful stay! The location was clean, had everything we could ask for, and best of all the owner was responsive and helpful whenever we reached out. We enjoyed seeing golfers in the morning, riding bikes to the pool, and having a convenient drive to Sunset for beach time and enjoying Sunset slush. Neighbors were quiet and polite as we met other visitors as well as locals. Definitely a location we will look to visit again and tell others about.

Excellent condo very clean

This was an awesome property to stay at. Air conditioning wasn’t working when we arrived and owner had it fixed within a couple of hours. Would definitely recommend this property.

The unit was exactly as pictured. It was minutes away from the golf courses we were playing at. It was very well stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed the screened in patio. The only negative was that there was someone near us who smoked on their patio and it quickly made it to us if we were outside or had a door open. Other than that it was perfect and would definitely rent this in the future! We couldn’t figure out the 3 remotes for the TV, Lee Ann answered me very quickly via email and all was good.
