We a a wonderful stress free week on Sunset Beach. Beautiful rental, easy to get to and conveniently located in a nice location. There a many stairs, so I'm happy our knees still work well! Check in was very easy, and the owner communicated quickly if we needed anything. Would definitely stay here again.

Very large space for our family of 6. Adult kids enjoyed having their own rooms and each with their own bathrooms. We really liked the screen porch and convenience to Sunset Beach. Very accommodating host. Will return!!!

Stay at Sea Trail

The only negative is the pool. It was crowded because it is open to the public and it was dirty. The condo was beautiful and the location was amazing, but for us the pool is a huge piece and we did not like the pool at all and therefore only used it 2 times.

Good Space / A bit dated/ Bare kitchen

Enough bedrooms and baths to accomodate our family and give private space. Interior is a bit dated but everything works. The kitchen needs to be restocked in terms of enough plates/bowls and some cookware. We understand that things get broken or taken by previous renters but there wasn't enough of any same size plates to fee our group of 8-10ppl

Relaxing Vacation

This property was the perfect size for our 4 family vacation. There was alot of cobwebs on the porches but that didnt bother us alot. Perfect location and distance to Sunset Beach also. I would stay here in the future.

Very Comfortable and Roomy

Communication with owner was very easy. Although bathrooms, carpeting, and kitchens were not updated, the home was very functional. We loved that the bedrooms were big and that each had its own bathroom. The family room and eating area was also big and comfortable — a great space to all be together! The screened in porch was also very nice, although a little cobwebby. We loved our stay here!

Great place for a wedding/family reunion

My niece was getting married on Ocean Isle Beach. We needed a large place for family to come and room for me to make her wedding cake. This place was perfect!!! We had more that enough room with ten adults and 2 kids. My grandchildren are 4 and 2. They had a great time with lots of room to play!! My granddaughter found the puzzles and had a great time with her aunts putting them together!! Will stay here again!! Thank you Glenda Washburn!!!

Accommodations on the greens

The property upon arrival was wonderful. Nice space and layout of rooms to accommodate three families. Easy access to the building and a short drive to Sunset Beach. There were a few unexpected issue with the a/c not working and some additional bugs in a few of the rooms that were not welcomed. The area can be prone to bugs but this was a bit more then we would have liked. The owner was very responsive to my requests to address our concerns. Overall I would recommend as a nice place to stay.

Escellent property!

The condo was spotless when we arrived. There were no big damages and everything seemed in good working order. it had good sized rooms. I like the little touches like towels in baskets , little baskets with hand sanitizer, hand lotion, disinfectant spray. We will definitely stay here again next year! Five stars plus!
