Enjoy the beautiful golf course views from the enclosed all season 2nd floor porch, with sliding glass windows, One of the few buildings with an elevator. The fully equipped kitchen includes stove and dishwasher. This is a one bedroom (800 sq.ft.) fully furnished golf villa in Champions at Sea Trail. Unit sleeps 2. Within walking distance to the newly renovated Sea Trails Convention Center and Bistro55, https://www.seatrail.com/55bistrobar/. Located 2 miles from Sunset Beach and 3 miles from Calabash (great sea food). Sea Trail has three golf courses. Champions Condos have their own gated outdoor pool. No cleaning chores at checkout, that is what the cleaning fee is for.

The location of this property is excellent. Very nice neighborhood, quiet and beautifully landscaped. The condo is always very clean, kitchen is well stocked with all the essentials needed to cook meals. Coffee, wine and bottled waters were provided when we arrived. Overall our stay was great. We really enjoy Sunset Beach!

This condo was perfect for us! It was clean and comfortable, and there were many thoughtful touches throughout the space. Obviously, the owner cares about his property and those who come to stay there. He always responded promptly to any questions we had. It was a smooth check in procedure, and TV and Wi-Fi were good. The kitchen was well-stocked. In addition, we loved being in such a quiet, peaceful place, and we hope to return one day.

The condo was great. Has everything needed including beach chairs, umbrella and towels. Really convenient. It is close to the beach, dining and shopping. We even went out on a Dolphin cruise. It was wonderful. Has a great time and would definitely stay there again. Eric is a great host.

This was a great little property. The owners really thought if just about everything. Very easy communication. Very easy check in and very comfortable. Close to everything we like to do and most important quiet when we didn't want to do anything.

Exploration of Sunset Beach

Well-maintained condo in a very convenient location. Nice view of 10th fairway of golf course from comfortable screen porch. Kitchen contains everything you need to function smoothly. Comfy bed. Really appreciated all the hooks to hang clothing and rack in bathroom for toiletries.Host provided great communication. Would not hesitate to book this location again.

It was a perfect getaway. The place was perfect for us and the special package gifted by the hosts was a nice surprise. In a perfect spot to enjoy the beaches, restaurants and shops. It was so peaceful and beautiful in the evening. Definitely would stay here again and again!!!

House Hunting

We needed a local place to stay while my wife and me were looking for a home to purchase. This condo was perfect for us! Large bedroom and fully loaded kitchen and front room - all was so well maintained. Eric was excellent and communicated so well with us. Highly recommend this place!

Clean and quiet

This is the second time we stayed at this condo and it was just as we remembered, clean and quiet. This is a perfect place for a couples get away for some relaxation. The condo was clean and very nice. The only issue we had was the patio had an odor to it, but I'm sure that was from the storm that just cone through the area a week before our stay. I mentioned it to the owner and he responded quickly stating he would look into it.

Very comfortable vacation!

This was perfect for a couple. The screened porch on the East side was great for late in the afternoon & evening. We could not have asked for a better equips kitchen. The owner was easy to communicate with& provided a delightful stay.
