Our home is fully equipped for gatherings, with a spacious kitchen set up for cooking and entertaining. Whether you’re hosting a dinner party or a themed luau night, we’ve got you covered — we even provide fun costumes to match the island vibes! The home features playful, game-themed decor throughout, creating a fun and relaxed atmosphere for guests of all ages.

Kick back with access to multiple streaming platforms including Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, and Prime Video on the smart TV — perfect for movie nights and rainy days. You’ll also find plenty of games and books for endless indoor entertainment.

【No Parties or Events (Unless Pre-Approved)】
Parties or events are not allowed without prior approval. However, small gatherings may be permitted with a pre-approved event package at an additional cost of $200 per night, allowing up to 30 total visitors (including registered guests).

We welcome pets under 40 pounds, and we’ve even included a cozy dog crate in the living room to help your furry friend feel at home.

Guests can access the property through both the front door and the garage. To minimize disruption to our neighbors, we kindly recommend parking one vehicle in the garage whenever possible.

We’re available to respond to your messages from 8 AM to midnight. After that, we’ll be getting some rest—but we’ll get back to you as soon as possible in the morning! 😊
