This place was perfect for a quick overnight stay at the beach! My kids loved the bunk beds. The host was very kind and helpful when we left an item behind and had to come back to retrieve it. Thanks for the hospitality!!

Small Room but very clean

The host and owner were very quick to return our text and pleasant when helping us. Everything was very clean! The room was quite small and had we read previous reviews we would have known that fact. The only two issues we had were there being only a microwave and fridge; and we were on the third floor. The information indicated there was a kitchen/kitchenette; and it also initially indicated a one step entrance. It later included the multiple floors on the information. We would not stay in the room again only because of the size; but we would definitely be good to rent another VRBO from this host and owner.

Quick trip to sunset beach

Went to see my daughter and family for a day at the beach. Although I didn’t spend any time at the condo except to sleep there was a bunk bed so my grandkids could spend the night with me. The space is small but clean and the host responded immediately when I contacted them. It was a very nice experience. I like staying at Sail cove. Nice neighborhood and close to the beach.

Beach Bungalow Sea Trail

Overall, it was all we needed for just the two of us. Clean, close to where are friends were staying on the beach and typically all we need is a bed and a shower. It’s great for someone that only needs the basics. Linens are not top quality. Apparently I overlooked that it’s a third floor room with no elevator. We are both older and have some mobility impairment but we only went in and out once a day so it wasn’t a big deal once we got everything carried in. Again, I believe it was my oversight. Downside: it’s a connecting room to a larger suite. Size was not an issue but it appears the larger suite controls the thermostat for both areas so we got quite warm which was a big thumbs down. Also the walls are quite thin and with it being a connecting room, we were lucky to have very quiet neighbors and we were really only there to shower and sleep.

Great Location

This was a great property very close to the beach, about a 5 minute drive. The room is like a hotel room small but for my wife and I thats all we need, a place to shower and sleep. Anthony was always very quick to respond, usually with in minutes.

Tiny weekend trip!

We enjoyed our stay! This is a great little spot for 1 or 2 nights. Linens are included which was nice. The host is responsive and seems like they really take care of the place. Some things to note. We thought this was an anti-pet place. The small condo connects via a door to the main condo. I should have asked but the people next to us had a dog. We have an anaphylactic allergy in our group and this was really frustrating. The condo next to us is separate by a door but the door has a large crack under the door so you not hear the dog yap you smell it. Kind of a frustrating thing for us. Might not be a big deal to other but when you travel with someone who can literally die from it and the condo says not animals I wish it was honored. Second thing that was a frustration not a deal breaker just annoying. You don’t control the air at all! I had to email the host when we arrived at 10pm and ask. Host was quick to reply which was a plus but they control the air. So if you are hot natured and want it cooler you can’t. If you want it hotter sorry about it, that’s a design flaw in this little studio room type condo, I have never experienced that but it was definitely frustrating. Besides those 2 things it was a clean condo great for a weekend stay.

Just what I needed

The space what great for what I needed. Basic bed, bathroom and area for food/snacks. While some reviews have been negative on the space when you read the description it as stated. Shared wall with neighbors can be a challenge but that would be anywhere. Short drive to the beach, stores and amenities.
