"We arrived early in the day from our flight and the reception and housekeeping team were more than accommodating and worked to get a room ready for check in well before check in time! The room was clean and modern. The staff was friendly and helpful. It’s conveniently right next to a Starbucks. We walked downtown every day for lunch or dinner. Would stay again!"

"Not the greatest neighborhood, but the bed was clean and comfortable, however the floor was filthy (as my husband had white socks on and they were black). A lot of humidity in the room and it seemed damp. Went down once to ask a question to the person working the front desk - nowhere to be found. "I had read reviews about this hotel recently, say it was clean and looked new renovated. We stayed on the 7th floor, definitely NOT renovated. Dirty carpet, dirty lobby. The area had a lot of homeless people wandering around, street were dirty and I didn’t feel safe. The hotel room it self was quiet. We slept and left right away. Would never stay here again!"

"The breakfast was minimal, when things needed replenished , the one staff on site acted put out and only added items when asked. Two separate hotels ours was the 3rd floor, the smell of pot was overwhelming, and there was a loud machine running in the building at 2 am which made it near impossible to sleep. I pray our next hotel is as advertised."

We stayed for two days and had a lovely time. The staff was nice and courteous. Very nice rooms with updated amenities.
