House Rules
No smoking or vaping inside or outside the home. A $500 fine will be charged for any violation.
Pets are not permitted without prior approval. Approved pets must be registered, a signed pet agreement is required, and a $50 per pet, per day fee applies. Limit 2 pets, 25 lbs max. Bringing an unapproved pet will result in an $800 fine.
No parties or events. Community quiet hours are 10 PM–8 AM and are strictly enforced.
Minimum age to book is 25 years old. All guests must be registered in advance.
Use of the dock, slide, grill, and firepit is at your own risk. Management and owners are not liable for injuries or accidents.
Swimming is at your own risk. Please supervise children at all times.
Pet Policy Pets are only allowed with prior approval at least 48 hours before arrival. Approved pets must be 25 pounds or under, with current registration and vaccination records provided. Pets must remain on a leash at all times when outside, may not be left unattended in the home, and guests are required to clean up all pet waste from the exterior property. Guests are fully responsible for any damage caused by their pet. Failure to follow this policy may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement without refund. Bringing a pet without prior approval will result in a $500 unauthorized pet fee being charged to the reservation.
