Minor detail: no USB ports but lots of outlets so bring the wall plugs. 2 stories w/o elev so ask for ground floor if mobility issues. Otherwise, a great find!"

"The hotel is in a great location! Plenty of great coffee shops and restaurants right there.
We arrived late and the front desk staff was very nice and accommodating to what we needed.
The hotel is older but nice. Our room was great for what we needed. The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner and the bathtub was slow draining which is kinda yucky."

"Broken mirror in bathroom, broken countertop under mirror. The bathroom smelled of mold, and the grout in the shower looked disgusting. My bed sheet smelled of women's perfume, and there was a lipstick stain on it - disgusting. Because I booked with Expedia (which I will NEVER do again), I was not offered a refund - at all. Disgusted with the entire process and everyone involved. Spoke with an Expedia rep who promised she would have her manager call me - no call ever came. Zero stars for...

"The grounds were open and welcoming and the lodging was comfortable, clean and had an intriguing Japanese/modern decor. The bathroom was thoughtfully stocked & there was an assortment of teas available. The hosts were amazing and breakfast was delicious, including home made jams & gluten free muffins & individual frittatas served in our room. A short walk up to the arboretum from this scenic and nature focused neighborhood made it an awesome stay!"
